Radisson BLU Hotel Yerevan

Very nice hotel for its money. The pool is spacious, the staff was very helpful. Very clean. You can easily pay by the MIR card.

The rooftop bar was very loud from Friday to Sunday. The bar is on the 7th floor, our room was on the 3rd and we were still suffering from the music at nights. Poor people who were living on the higher floors. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, luckily I brought mine. The breakfasts were not meeting 5* hotel levels, maximum 4*. The choice is quite poor and the food is the same every day. Just one coffee machine that kept crushing. Some people were smoking on the fire escape stairs so the whole corridor stank.

Great hotel. Helpful staff. Air-con was not working in the room, which was ironically the reason I picked this hotel over another one in Yerevan with broken air-con, but to their credit they fixed it quickly. Super comfy bed and duvet. Great spa and pool.

The rooms with interconnecting doors should be better sound insulated. I could hear the people in the other room and it kept me awake a lot of the night. I needed ear plugs, which I should not need in a 5 star hotel! Also in the morning I need a quick hot shower before leaving for the airport ,but after a frustrating 10 mins standing outsidethe shower, the water was luke warm. Not sure why it never came hot.

The crew was very friendly and the food was very nice. and beautiful spa zone.

Very noisy. There was a wedding celebration during our stay and the guests were partying till 3 am and it was a nightmare! We were staying with a little child and that noise was distracting her all night long. This is completely inappropriate in the hotel this level. Didn’t clean the room and didn’t take out the trash despite requests. Too much expensive breakfast.

They have a tennis court and you can book a tennis coach Hamlet to play with you. The breakfast is good and the service people in the morning are nice.

On top floor there is a restaurant/night club. It plays until 23 loud music with the bass drum beating relentlessly. I was on 4th floor and it was impossible to fall asleep before they stopped. This happened every single night. After 23 if you are unlucky the noise can continue because the walls do not block sound.

Their breakfast is excellent. Only thing is that the location is cool but little bit far from Republic Square. However, if you can walk for 5 minutes, then you can use the several escalators to reach cascade.

Nothing specific. in my first day I faced some problem with toilet. later they rectified it.

The 4 day stay was made wonderful by the service provided by all the staff, especially our coffee cravings in the morning were happily catered to by one of their best staff at breakfast with Armani coffee. I will definitely go back. I just hope they work on their vegan options and menu at restaurant and for breakfast.

I am vegan and unfortunately there was not lot of choices for vegans at breakfast and also on the rooftop. Even the vegetables were served next to sausages that is not pleasant for a vegan.

Comfortable bed, reception have a great service knowledge. 3-4 star can be (never in 5 star) this is below 5 star Facilities and bedroom comfortable

Price doesn't match with location and hotel qualities. Broken bathroom counter and some cracked on the toilet walls. Curtain are hard to pull with poor quality hangers

The slippery floor of the swimming pool area and the leaking ceiling. When buying the nights, I mentioned that we were honeymooners and it was also my husband’s birthday but to my surprise there was nothing special on arrival and on my husband’s birthday day.

facilities and staff are quality, especially the SPA, also great bonus is the roof top bar with an amazing view on the ARARAT mountain and top notch cocktails

Ask in advance how to get to the city center by walk, it takes about 20 minutes via the “Cascade”, by car it takes less on the map but definitely you will be stucking in the traffic as in Yerevan traffic jams are normal

The front desk people are outstanding. They organized great excursions for me. I also wanted to change my Booking reservation during my stay, and the reception was able to accommodate me. The spa and pool are excellent.
