Holiday Inn Yerevan - Republic Square, an IHG Hotel

+ Very helpful and hospitable stuff + Delicious breakfast with a wide choice of meals + Comfortable rooms with everything provided: shampoo, hair balm (!), tea pot. + Located right in the city center + Good fitness center + Not very expensive and delicious meals in the restaurant in lobby + Good noise isolation

- Air Conditioning is central, so when it was +22 in March, it still was put on heating - Without AC turned on it is not enough air in the room, so you ought to open the window, while it is quite noisy outside - There are only two tea bags in the room, if you stay a lot in it (I was studying), it is not enough - Socket next to the working table in the room is not suitable for huge MacBook Pro charger

the hotel room was spacious, however, the bed could have been a little bigger and the pillows more comfortable (they were too soft). breakfast was great. the spa was also very nicely located at the rooftop of the hotel, with a big swimming pool .

however if you had longish hair, then you were not allowed both in the swimming pool and the jacuzzi (even though you were not going to dive in the jacuzzi!!!) if you didn’t wear a cap, (which would have been nice if they were selling there along with other swimming equipment they were selling, to give you a choice). Also, the sauna was not working.

It’s right in the city centre, cleane, live music every evening on the ground floor, friendly staff.

Price for breakfast we paid 25$ for person - valuable only if you eat a lot, otherwise it will be double cheaper in any other place. Spa is not part of the hotel and they do book several people for the same timeslots, so when we came they preferred another people and we didn’t get our massage, that was really bad experience.

Great hotel, central location, very comfy beds, spacious hotel, very good front desk service. I had a tour of the hotel by one of the front desk reps - Maya, and that helped me with the decision to stay there. Pool area was well serviced. Great restaurant on-site, a bit pricey but lots of choices for fine dining experience.

I was transferred from another hotel - 2min away - and the transfer service cost me 6,000 drams vs 600 of a cab price. I think guests should be told about this ahead of time, it's a rip off. For comparison, this type of service from Airport to the hotel was 10,000 drams.

It is in the heart of the city. Few steps away and you’re at the republic square. Accessible to almost anything. Special thanks to Virgine who for 3 days prepared my hot chocolate during breakfast. The staffs in the reception were all accommodating especially Flora. For 4 days, I was always in a hurry due to tour timings. So most of the time, I left all my valuable stuffs, jewelries, and luggage openly having the thought that nothing will be lost, and yeah! I lost nothing! 👌 Hats off to the housekeeping team!

Clean, the staff are really friendly. It has nice restaurants. Swimming pool was big and nice. They have sunna and Jacuzzi.

The gem had old and broken equipments. They said they had 2 but I only managed to get to one (which supposed to be the best) . Breakfast place was small, I used it once. They don’t have a lot of variety. But the staff there were really kind and they really will make any things that will make you happy.

Its close to public square and close by other shops. The staff was friendly and Breakfast buffet was good. There is a Russian restaurant on ground floor. The Bed and pillow was comfortable

There is no one assist for the luggage and You have to take your luggage on stairs. One day AC was not cooling. The room cleaning not that good. The safe box its not a safe Box you can open it with master code.

Everything was perfect. It was clean; food was great; pool & gym were awesome. But it was the people who made it special. All of them were super nice. Especially Mamikon (Restaurant manager) spent a lot of time explaining us all the things we needed to know about Yerevan; taxi fares, shopping mall, good restaurants, traditional markets, etc. Also people on the reception and Arman (the hotel manager) were super helpful with all of our requests. I strongly recommend this hotel.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL! The rooms were super clean The staff was very welcoming, friendly, cooperative Especially Mr.ERIC and Mr. Armen at the reception desk. The location was really gd as its only few mins walk from the square The facilities and the spa were very soothing and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too!
