Wonderful staff, clean rooms.. everything available. Nice location. Elen and Violeta were amazing and the hotel even had a surprise birthday cake for me. Hamam was good.

The noise from the vehicles even though I was on the 4th floor. The breakfast should have name labels and mention if it's vegetarian or not. Plus the staff for breakfast needs to be a little more attentive. The breakfast can certainly have more fresh juices, fruits and vegetarian options as is available in any of the 5 star properties

During my recent stay at Hotel National, I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, immediately made me feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay, providing impeccable service with a genuine smile. Special thanks to the sales manager, Avag Simonyan, who was incredibly helpful, attentive and made my stay truly enjoyable. I booked a standard single room and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room upon check-in. Thank you for the unexpected upgrade, it made my stay even more memorable and exceeded my expectations. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore Yerevan's attractions, and the delicious breakfast served each morning provided the perfect start to my day.

The hotel is located at the heart of the Yerevan city - Republic Square, an excellent location. Closer to Northern Avenue and Tashir Street, a popular pedestrian street, with shops around for dining and shopping. Rooms are big with all the amenities. The restaurant and cafe both have great ambience. The reception counter as well as other staff were cordial and helpful.

The room was not ready at 3 pm check in time. The breakfast buffet can have additional varieties and service in the cafe can be a bit faster.

Unbeatable location if you want to be in the centre of Yerevan. Very nice and polite staff, happy to go an extra mile to accommodate your needs. The room is clean and meticulously brought into its pristine shape every day. A fruit plate was awaiting me on the first day, which was very nice too. Breakfast was good, combining "generic travellers' expectations" and local specialities.

There were a couple of minor logistical hiccups e.g. a wrong minibar bill, but everything was resolved very quickly by the hotel staff. It would also be good to have better captions on the booking.com listing pictures, pay less attention to the presidential suite (most of your guests are not presidents) and add more pictures of normal rooms' facilities.

Everything was excellent. The room, the breakfast, the restaurant, the location, but especially the people. The kindness of its people. Tamara, Susy (I don't remember how to write her name, she was at the reception) are always with a smile on her face ready to help you in any you need. And Shushanik at the restaurant!!! Her service is 10/10. Amazing! I never felt so fine at a hotel.

Please, could anyone explain to me why you don't put a simple curtain in the bathtub? It's an absolute lack of respect, not to the passengers but to the people who clean up the rooms. If you take a shower, the bathroom turns into a lake!! Come on guys, you are really good ones to let this "detail".

Cosy hotel with very good facilities, the location cant get any better!! few steps to replublic square, halal restaurant right opposite the hotel; 24 hours pool was convenient together with hamam. Very humble and courteous housekeeping and room service staff. special shout out to Tamara from front office helping us theoughout our stay from checkin to checkout helping us navigate to the nearest facility for our pcr tests! thank you for everything!!

breakfast needs to be upgraded to 5 star too 😀, very limited options

Hotel National Armenia exceeded all of my expectations in all aspects. It’s a fantastic hotel in the perfect location, which allowed me to explore the city on foot. Reception and greeting on arrival was excellent. The staff was brilliant, courteous and really friendly. My room was very spacious, clean, fully equipped, well designed and with a great city view. I took advantage of the spa services and it was one of my trip highlights. Fitness was well equipped with top line equipment and the most important is that the Spa Zone operates for 24h which is very convenient The breakfast was great and diverse and the hospitality was splendid. Will definitely come back for wonderful staff and comfort.

It is matter of taste first of all and l personally like the architecture of this building and the spacious bright rooms with high ceilings where a modest retro design is appropriate and, what is important as well a comfortable wide bed . From cosmetic hygiene there is almost everything . Bathrobes and slippers made of pleasant materials. Free water bar replenished upon request at any time . There is no ironing board and iron in the room, but the hotel staff can bring on request.

everything is fine, except for the hair dryer.It is very old and it is better to bring yours.

The location is excellent, just in the heart of Yerevan. 2 min to Republic square, 5-7 min to the famous North Avenue, about 15-20 min to the Cascade. The room was nice and quiet, there're also plenty of various restaurants within 5-10 min walk.

There's no proper air conditioning, only central ventilation, that you can either have on or off - you cannot adjust the temperature in your room as you want. It's quite funny that you can help yourself with sparking wine during breakfast but you have to ask for a cup of coffee, that was pretty inconvenient and unusual for me.
