Communication was very good. I paid for my father and niece to stay at the hotel and the process was very smooth despite the initial hold-up by my bank in processing the payment. However, everything was resolved smoothly. My family enjoyed their stay and reported that the staff was very friendly and hospitable always ready to help. I commended the reservationist Vimbai Gore for her excellent customer care skills to her manager Mr. Ncube.

My stay was exceptional, the hotel staff were helpful, and quick to respond to questions. They made sure that we were happy. Clean room, warm water, and room had a view of the main street which we loved. I travelled with my wife and daughter and enjoyed the trip. Had lovely dinar, local traditional meal, thanks to Peace for facilitating this - he made sure we were happy which is a critical element in the accommodation sector. One thing that may need to be improved is the strength of the internet. However this did not affect my stay as my expectations were exceeded. thank you, and will surely come again

The Internet Speed is exceptional. I have never seen such in a hotel. Congratulation Cresta Jameson on this issue.
My room had no fridges, unfortunately. This was a disappointment for me. I couldn't buy foodstuffs that were perishable.

The location was great. Staff was helpful, super friendly and observed COVID 19 requirements e.g. social diatancing, sanitising etc. Spacious double rooms with twin beds and good entertainment Breakfast was really good as they served a buffet style breakfast

It’s very close to the centre of attractions and activities -supermarkets, shops, services and banks.
- The breakfast is rather poor and meager. - Internet is weak in the upper stairs. A booster can resolve this problem with minimal cost to the owner.
