fabulous location very close to Hoan Kiem Lake in the old quarter, near everything you want to see in Hanoi. great value for money, super clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Room included minibar (drinks other than water chargeable at a reasonable price), soap and shampoo, toothbrush. We went on an overnight cruise to Halong Bay and they kindly looked after the luggage we didn’t want to take, until we returned. bonus was a lift so no carrying heavy bags up flights of stairs. it’s perfect for newbies to Vietnam and the buzz of Hanoi. Highly rate.

My friend and I came for a few days. We received an excellent welcome and everything went well. We were also able to book an excursion to Halong Bay thanks to them. Unfortunately we fell ill so we could not do it, but the staff remained very attentive and even gave us advice and sent doctor addresses. For this good comfort and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms are very clean, no foul smell. I really loved the attention to detail. Our room has lovely view of the lake and the busy street below. Staff is very courteous and friendly especially the receptionist (Hannah). Receptionist is very informative and helpful about the area including bus routes, tourist spots and nearby local favorites such as food and souvenir shopping. The hotel sits beside a bank so you can have your currency exchanged on a higher rate that in the airport, or you could walk 5 mins to Hang Bac (Jewelry/Gold Street) to get an even higher rate. The hotel is just a minute walk to the night market which is only available on weekends. A Minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and several cheap places to eat and relax. Literally everything you need is just a minute walk away. Airport drop off/pick up available 24/7 just pre-book it. Receptionist available 24/7. Convenience at your fingertips. Great place to spend your vacation. Family rooms are huge. If we only have more time, we would've stayed longer. We would definitely check in here again soon. It really felt like home, away from home. 100% Value for money ~~~KEEP IT UP~~~

Rio I had a very pleasant stay in Splendid Hotel &Spa, it is centrally located right by the lake with a walking distance to many sights in the old quarter. Despite its central location it is very quiet, I didn’t hear any noice from the Main Street even though it was a big public holiday. The room itself was just amazing, I liked the interior design, it had everything you need and every single detail is thought through. The bed was super comfy though the pillows were a bit tough for me. The owner of the hotel is a nice friendly lady, she even gave me a lift to the bus station! Overall it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there again!

I was hoping to enjoy breakfast at the rooftop but unfortunately it was closed due to post COVID low numbers of tourists.

Honestly everything was just excellent! My family and I had a very good experience here. Service: 10/10 - the staff (owners) spoke good English and was willing to go the extra mile. They even went to the nearby massage store to help me strike a bargain and recommended lots of good food around Room: 10/10 - clean and well furnished. Everything worked as intended. Would advice to get the lake view room, the view is amazing at night. Room has 3-pin plug!! And i got a room on the 6th floor. Location: 10/10 - just beside the "walking streets". A series of streets that are closed to traffic during the weekend. Pretty much the area you want to explore when you're in Hanoi. Lots of food and massages nearby. Everywhere is walking distance Overall, considering the price, this is one of the best value hotels in Hanoi. Waywayway better than the previous one we stayed before which had a higher rating!

You are steps away from Hoa Kiem Lake and many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping. The hotel has everything you need. Wifi was strong, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and sheets and towels clean. The best part about this hotel are the amazing staff. I made friends for life and I was sad the day I had to check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Splendid Hotel staff are fantastic. They are the best for customer service & staff are very friendly & informative. We accidentally left something behind in our room, and they promptly communicated with us to arrange the return of our belongings. Thank you to Splendid & Staff for thier great customer service. 👍

Best location for tourist at budget price. Now after covid most of restaurant stop servings breakfast in the Hotel. So if you need breakfast find Place which is servings that Staff is very energetic , loyal and helpful. Especially Ms.Thou. she is very helpful to us. Owner Devid is also Very Good person. Location is one minute far from Lake. Any time we can Go to lake by our foot. Rooms are Good for couple.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old quarter for a few days and the staff are all attentive, especially Thao! She speaks good English and was extremely warm, friendly and helpful.

There was some noise disturbance at night from another guest, but they were asked to be quiet by staff.
