Value for money. At very center location. Staff very co operative. I got free upgrade to suite & it was cherry on cake. What was more touching was they gave me take away breakfast as I checkout early 5 30 am even without asking for it . I forgot my jacket in van which they tried to send it to my next hotel by courier. I got my jacket at Ho chi Manh. Nice spread for breakfast. They have vegetarian options also.Thank you so much.

The room I stayed in was especially delightful, with a nostalgic city view that I could enjoy from the comfort of my bed. It was also close walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake and Hanoi Opera House, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. They were happy to answer any questions I had and provided great advice on the best places to eat and explore. The hotel also had a great selection of amenities, including a sauna, and spa. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hanoi.

we had a lovely stay here, a nice and comfortable room with balcony which had a few plants. we really enjoyed ourselves. the staff at reception were very helpful, we had left it rather late to book a next day private tour, but the staff really managed to arrange one. the tour was excellent going to Ninh Binh, our driver was excellent, always keeping a cool head in the traffic, and our guide David was very well informed about many interesting topics. David also managed to get a canoe with only the guide and us. we had such an interesting day, we highly recommend this hotel and private tour service with David.

We stayed here twice, once at the back of the hotel and the second facing the main road. On both occasions the room was perfectly quiet (except when you opened the windows). Our rooms were a good size with plenty of storage, and a comfortable bed. There is a restaurant onsite but we only had breakfast there. We are vegetarian (normally vegan but that is almost impossible in Vietnam!) and we found plenty to eat at breakfast. The location was great, right in the heart of the Old District and walkable (minding the crazy traffic) everywhere.

Nothing to much, but the stafff were a bit inflexible with some issues we had that we had along the way, but nothing major.
