The front desk staff was brilliant! They were so helpful in making suggestions on getting around town and things to explore while we enjoyed some free time before our cruise. They don't offer a free shuttle to the cruise port but they will help you arrange transportation. Make sure to let them know you'll need/want that because those slots fill up very quickly. Also this hotel is very busy and so is transportation so if you book a 11am slot make sure you're in the lobby or front door a few minutes prior to 11. Otherwise you may end up losing your slot. They try to make announcements but like I said it's busy so be early and don't miss your chance especially if you're on a tight schedule. Breakfast was excellent. So many options but the space is pretty tiny so if you're not a people or morning person I'd make sure to come early.

Breakfast was included although of a basic standard. Hotel was very busy at times and you need to book the airport shuttle in advance to make sure of your departure time. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and our room was to a good standard and very clean. The hotel is close to the SEATAC airport and operates a regular bus shuttle service. There are a few restaurants around the hotel area and a 7-11 across the street for snacks and drinks.

The indoor pool water was fairly cold. Otherwise there was little that we didn’t like. Would stay there again in the future if we are travelling through Seattle.

the drive of the shuttler noticed that I was blind and made an extra effort to help in a very unusual way,because there was a rerouting of the pickup location. front desk worker (it was after 11 pm) processed room assignments and check-in for a Indian sub continent family of 12+ people in about 5 minutes.. Handle my check in smoothly and loaded my bags on a cart. When I tried to open my room door it only opened part way and seemed to be stuck. As I started down the hall toward the front desk a resident staff member came out of her room and wearing bathrobe and slippers and accompanied me back to the door, she was able to open the door because it was very heavy and help me unload the cart. the next morning i had to be up and out in the lobby by five AM. the front desk personnel helped me get coffee. A beautiful dog kept entering through the front door. the desk attendant patiently escorted him out to the parking lot. over and over. the dog was very friendly and the attendant was very patient. after an hour my bus arrived and I was helped with my bags. I don"t know what happened to the dog.

i would have like a bathtub.

The staff were really helpful! They actually upgraded us to a suite to accommodate our daughter who joined us at the last minute. The breakfast was hot with lots of choices. The room was very clean and looked recently updated. Our bed was comfortable, pull out couch not so much but hey, we weren't supposed to have that in the first place so not complaining! 😁 If we'd paid for that feature I wouldn't have been super happy about it... The driver who picked up at the airport was really nice and got to us almost immediately after I finally figured out where to go! That wasn't the hotel's fault , in fact the person working the front desk walked me through where to go (SeaTac is a tad confusing). I would 100% stay here again if we needed an airport hotel in Seattle.

Very close to the airport, quick shuttle response. The room was lovely, natural neutral decor, great, comfortable bed with many pillows, coffee service was very plentiful in the room. The shower has a glass wall and “rain” spout. good supply of hot water. an outstanding buffet breakfast for a hotel, included in the price. It would’ve easily cost $20 a person in a restaurant. scrambled eggs, biscuits eith sausage gravy, whole sausages, hot pot of oatmeal with variety of toppings, many bread choices like bagels, fresh fruit, much more. when I checked out, I noticed that every table in the café, of which there were maybe 20 were turned on their side to dry after a thorough cleaning. Finally, I left my cell phone in the lobby before we departed. One of the staff found it. My relative called the phone, they answered. I was able to pick it up before I left the city.

Breakfast was very nice, I enjoyed the plain oatmeal with choices of mix-ins. There was also a waffle machine, eggs, and breakfast meat. I felt it was a pretty good selection for most people to find something. The eating area was very large as well, no trouble finding a place to sit. Front desk staff were very friendly, even late in the evening. The bed was great (supportive soft), room clean and comfy, and all of the amenities were working properly.

The shower. There is no door; it is a fixed, partial glass panel. I found myself huddling under the shower head in the back because of the temperature difference between the two halves of the shower. Kinda funny to think about, but not great to experience.

The breakfast is top shelf! The entire staff is 4 star!. The shuttle is quick and runs 24hrs. The place is very secure. The outside grounds are well kept.. Having a pool makes this place the best!

The front desk working area seems a little cramped. Sometimes I saw 3 people trying to work around each other while attending to customers. I suggest you push out the front desk area toward the lobby, and move that brochure rack, and extend the front desk counter toward the front door to utilize that space. The little store is great, but that could also be moved.

breakfast was great - especially the option of having waffles!. very nice selection, kept clean, attentive staff the location to SeaTac was terrific! The staff was friendly, professional. In particular Vicky (night staff) was VERY VERY helpful when I decided to make 2 additional reservations while staying there (10 nights) for visiting relatives (we were in town for a family gathering) and in other ways. For many years when I visited annually I stayed at a nearby premium hotel. I now will stay at this awesome hotel when visiting. The pool & gym were terrific as well as the seating area at the firepit. Then the nice housekeeping staff who were friendly and very accomodating to my simple needs. My list of accolades goes on but to surmise>>totally awesome. Go, stay at this nice hotel, go....

The room was fresh. Seemed fairly new. Great shower! Virtually no noise which was surprising so near the airport.

The hotel’s shuttle, which we specifically called for, took 1/2 hour to arrive. It’s 2 miles away! Then the driver was reluctant to help with luggage. Inside the van, he was blasting some right-wing talk show but did turn it down when I asked. The breakfast was all packaged, probably due to COVID. Lots of room to spread out to eat though. The neighborhood is not very walkable.

When we checked in the staff was very kind and let us know they'd upgraded our room to a junior suite, which was a very nice surprise. The suite was quite comfy and helpful as we were traveling with a bit of luggage on our road trip. We also had close proximity to the airport and a shuttle we could take if we needed it. It was also fairly quiet being so close to the Sea-Tac airport - we slept really well.

I would've loved to know there was an EV plug in availability - didn't see it until the morning and a large non-EV truck had parked in front of it until just before we left. We also couldn't connect to the WiFi from our room. I texted the staff via a message they had sent and never responded to - when I asked about it upon checkout the staff member asked if I had an iPhone, which I replied 'yes.' They then went on to say that the iPhones new OS seemed to have trouble with connecting...at which point I was a little annoyed. All of that info would have been helpful at the beginning of the stay instead of the end and knowing that wouldn't have changed my reservation.
