Paying 10 bucks for parking when your already paying over a 140 bucks for the night sucks

Besides the 1 con, it was a good location to the mall, good amenities, and breakfast had hot items.

1 tiny con: There was a 1 liter bottle of water in the room for purchase for $5, which was too expensive. So we thought if we went downstairs to the little store by the lobby we'd be saving money. They had the single serving water, which I stupidly assumed was gonna cost $2 at the most . But when I checked my receipt after I got home, it was $4.50!!!!!!! So if you're thirsty just drink the 1 liter in the room.

we didn’t mind not straightening the bed just expected someone to come to change garbage Our garbage overflowing has to empty ourselves Or offer if new bath towels needed it will be nice for 5 days stay to get at least Change one time

The staff was very helpful. Breakfasts and coffee were great. Bedding was luxurious. I really liked the options of seating in the lobby and outside area. Extremely comfortable.

One of the sliding bathroom doors was problematic-not locking easily and sliding open. The decor (color scheme, furniture) of lobby and rooms was unappealing to me, but certainly not a deal breaker. The mattress on the couch bed was uncomfortable and bed was noisy.

Note: breakfast is from 6am-10am comfortable for an one night stay. very dog friendly. there’s a big grass area for pets. outdoor seating is spacious. rooms are a very good size. breakfast was good, eggs, waffles, hash browns, toast/bagels, breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits and juice and coffee. simple and fast. check in was easy, staff very nice!

The location and room were upto my expectations

For the 1st time in any hotel I've ever been even in big cities like Miami and Atlanta I was charged to park my car. That idea of making money with occupants who have already reserved and paid for accommodation is a scam. Until the last minute when checking in thats when you are told that there's a $10 charge to park your car outside and to make matters worse that car is parked there at your own risk.........what's the point of paying then?

Quite and cozy. Liked that I could use my key card to go in and out side doors for pet breaks.

Had a small incident at check in, with the room I was assigned already occupied with another guest, but I had the key card to open door and to my surprise there was a man in bed! Slightly embarrassing for me.

Professional and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Hot showers, adequate breakfast. Dishes and utensils in the room with large refrigerator and microwave.

No complaints.

All the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. I can't remember all the names but thank you, Rachel and Casey, especially for letting us use your phone and helping us make new travel arrangements

Breakfast could be better

Clean modern room, quiet, great location, shuttle on time with a professional driver, breakfast buffet was good.

I booked the room for my girlfriend, calling twice and got confirmation she will not need to present a credit card upon arrival and everything will be charged on my card. The day of her departure they told her that was not possible and the manager did not want to help out even when I called them directly. At checkout there was also a charge for water that was consumed at the included breakfast bar without a previous notice. Disappointing customer service at otherwise excellent place.
