Aloft Seattle Sea-Tac Airport

The hotel is in a good location from the airport although the exact location is a little bit confusing. The room is clean. The bed is all right. I love the bathroom spacious and really clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed playing in the lobby. It was nice that there were a few things to do while staying in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel is also very vibrant with colors. Entering will make you feel good and happy. Also, we love that there is an available shuttle to take you to a few restaurants around the hotel. The driver is funny, kind and friendly. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and fun even for just a short time.

the room was comfortable but dark. Bed was super nice. choice of pillows great. liked the bath behind the room. It was very quiet. so close to airport I could walk. I would stay here again if it were under $100.

no soap dish. hotter water. bar/cafe was weird, hard to figure out how to be there and where the menu was. open floor plan noisy and anti cozy. stairs dumped you out to the street instead of lobby. snack bar great but ordering food unclear. room dark front desk couldn't give me a lightbulb. decor gave me a head ache. carpet clashed with light fixtures. brown walls very dismal and inappropriate sheen. front desk awkward, allowed clerk to be approached from all sides. over priced for a budget hotel with 3 employees. for the price there should be service.

The room was beautiful, relaxing and clean. The shuttle was awesome, and the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the design elements of the lobby

The continental breakfast could have been a lot better. It was confusing to know which things were for purchase and which things were included in the stay. Basically, you had to buy breakfast to get anything good. But, there were options if you don't want to buy anything

I love the set up of the room. Having the beds "behind" the divider bathroom wall is very nice. The showers are lovely and the big bathroom countertop is a huge plus. Since I was doing work, I was grateful for the desk space in front of the window.

I understand the whole "need a key to turn on the room lights" but having to turn on the room lights for the entire room in the middle of the night to go to bathroom was terrible. I didn't see individual controls and ALL the attached lights came on whenever one of us got up during the night. Awful, awful system.

Close to the airport, nice little bar, arcade games and “mini mart” in the lobby.

It could use better soundproofing. I’ve stayed near the airport a few times, the jet noise was surprisingly louder than less expensive hotels nearby. It was bearable though. It would be nice if the bar had an adjacent lounge where under 21s were allowed. I would have liked to bring my daughter down for a sit down meal (and a cocktail for me).

The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I arrived late at night and the check-in and was seamless and effortless. This location is very convenient and you are able to get to downtown Seattle in 25 minutes! My room was clean, bigger than expected and SO comfortable. I love Aloft hotels and will definitely be back!

The hotel bar was really nice with games the kids enjoyed like pool and shuffleboard and there was a live musician that was wonderful. The hotel is located near some good restaurants and very close to the airport. We were very happy with it overall.

The blinds in the room are supposed to be fancy electric ones but they didn't work well.

Cleanliness and location to airport

The proximity to other hotels (too close) and the lounge had limited food offerings. The front desk person upon check in seemed like just going through motions as opposed to conversing with the guest. There was no verification of what type of room just we need a card. And then sent along our way.

Friendly helpful staff. I felt like they went above and beyond to assist with questions. They also were good with advising about safety for single travelers,

My room faced the train rail right outside, was not nosy just limited view. Next time I will just assure to be more mindful of requesting the correct location.

very close to the airport with 24/7 shuttle and no pet fees and free parking. Close to the bus stop and has a little convenience type store in the lobby for any quick or late night snacks

It was a little expensive for a few days but I think that just comes with the area
