Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond

The people were fantastic. I loved the room. it was really nice to have a refrigerator and be able to grab breakfast in the room. Having free parking across the street was phenomenal. The location was incredibly convenient and I could get on 405 within minutes. I honestly could not ask for a better location.

Much of food that I bought froze in the refrigerator so I had to throw it away. That was a bit frustrating. Breakfast ended at 9:30 which was a bit early for vacationers. and when I went down to coffee one morning there was no milk. ugh! Over $300 a night for little amenities was a bit too much.

Our experience at Hyatt House Redmond/Seattle was phenomenal. Great area with lots of parks, restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot summer. The front desk staff were friendly, had great local insights, and were helpful with additional requests (e.g. early bag drop off and parking, received food delivery). Huge thank you to the crew!

Nothing - our stay exceeded our expectations!

All of the staff members were so very nice and helpful. They not only accepted pets, but they also welcomed them with hugs and always talked to our senior beagle and gave her little loves every time she passed an employee. Other guests were super nice. The pool was in a "private area where you didn't feel like everyone was staring at you. The guest snack area was small but offered a great variety to choose from. The restaurant offered incredibly good food. Breakfast was wonderful ... hours could be extended to 10 am instead of 9AM. The very best organic, local fruit was a welcoming touch. We were surprised with the full-sized fridge/freezer. cook top, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked with dishes and silver wear. Cleaner baseboards, shower surround and an increase of water pressure in the shower would have brough them an A+ from me.

Housekeepers need to pay more attention to cleaning the base board areas and the shower surround Extra trash bag liners would be nice too. At the price we paid, the room should have been cleaner.

Hotel location was right along a great walking path and next to a park. The room was updated and overall comfortable. The A/C worked great! The staff were super kind and the restaurant had great food and drinks. The parking garage was nice and easily accessible right across the street from the hotel. The area was overall quiet and felt very safe.

The room was pretty small, so if you overpack or are traveling with several suitcases there will be limited space to move about. The breakfast in the morning was yummy but never quite warm.

The rooms were spacious and a nice added touch was a small kitchenette with plates, coffee cups, and silverware. A nice long counter and bar sink. Huge windows looking out to a park. The television swiveled for viewing on the couch or bed. Swimming pool was big and great for kids.

The breakfast was fine overall however it was the exact same thing everyday and when you are staying for three days that gets a little boring. The first morning we came down towards the end of breakfast and the breakfast sandwiches offered were dry and the meat(ham) inside was crunchy. They offered dry cereal, yogurt, bagels, and fruit as well. A good offering of juices.

The location is excellent. It’s right in the town center of Redmond. The hotel itself is clean and very nicely decorated. Our room was comfortable and the staff was able to accommodate us with a collapsible bassinet for our baby to sleep in.

we found the hotel to be perfect.Good location near many stores and places to eat. Easy to get onto the freeway for destinations in all directions. we loved being near the canal. it is a great place for walking, jogging, bike riding and bird watching. we did miss the fabulous breakfasts due to covid. But the hotel did offer some toned down alternatives. they did their best we felt.

we had no complaints.

The facilities were nice.

It didn't make sense that there was no room service with a restaurant downstairs. The pool was freezing cold. When I pulled out the pull out couch, the sheet on the mattress was covered in old food crumbs, we ended up putting it back and having my son just sleep on the couch.

Room, location, cleanliness all great!

Just a heads up that there was no notice on the site regarding the pool, restaurant and bar being closed. Also, the breakfast buffet was not happening! Only a boxed breakfast of juice,fruit and a granola bar :(

The room was lovely.

There was nobody to help me take my bags up to my room and I had to park my own car. When I was traveling in the South in June valet parking was the norm, as was somebody to take your bags up to your room for you. I didn't know how much I appreciated those two things until that June 2021 trip to Savannah, Nashville, Jackson MS, and New Orleans.
