Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Kirkland

Good location. I was having surgery at Evergreen Hospital and this hotel was the closest location.

The hotel listed that it was a "pet friendly" hotel. They quoted us $547 for the room, we assumed this included the pet fee. Two days after our cancellation deadline had passed, we received an email telling us there would be a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee. We were also charged $15.30 tax on that cleaning fee. So it cost us $165.30 for our 8 lb. dog to stay with us at the hotel. I DO NOT consider this to be a "Pet friendly" hotel. In fact, I would consider it to be pet hostile! These fees should have been included in the info when we made our reservation and if not then, we should have been informed prior to our cancellation deadline!

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and I like the view from my room on the third floor.

I didn’t like that. It said there was a pool and then when we got there, the pool wasn’t working and we didn’t know that we could’ve went to a different hotel to swim until the day we were leaving..

very nice. updated in and out. it only lost some points due to some upgrade construction going on but I never heard it in the room. right off freeway which was good and several places to eat and shop minutes away.

as mentioned there was construction but it was not bad. would prefer a larger tv in the room and a couple in the bar area.

The staff were all amazing, especially the front desk clerks. The gentleman who checked me in along with the two men who worked at the front desk the other days were just very kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. It's a safe area as well.

I travel a lot, and this is one of the few hotels outside of a dense city that charges for parking. That seems quite unnecessary in a suburb like Kirkland. Also, there was no breakfast, and I would have enjoyed coffee, even downstairs. I have traveled quite a bit during this time of Covid, and most hotels still provide fresh coffee. There were coffee makers in the room, though not as good as having access in the lobby.

I liked the location and the room itself was very nice! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The style of the room was nice and I liked the design touches.

We found trash from previous people, which was unexpected. I didn’t like that I had to pay $10 to park and $120 to bring my pet with me. The food is not complimentary and you have to buy even cheap, crappy coffee. Other hotels provide complimentary breakfast in to-go bags right now because of covid. But that doesn’t appear to be happening here.

very clean and exceptionally comfortable beds.

that we were charged $10.00 a night for each car, it was my daughter and I so we had 2 cars another 40.00 for a already higher priced hotel. The coffee maker in the room had the smallest coffee pot and made 2 tiny paper cups of coffee, no coffee in the lobby, no breakfast with our room.

Comfortable. Quiet. Newer place. Good upkeep and cleanliness. Friendly staff.

We were caught off guard by a $10 parking fee. It was after 11 pm, there was nothing special like covered or secure parking: in fact we discovered upon checking out that we were not even parked in the hotel's lot ( there are at least 3 conjoined). Maybe we had missed the fine print, but it seemed an unnecessary fee for no return.

We like the system they have in place for pool use. They are still practicing good safety protocols in this unpredictable times. Great job! Bed is so comfy. Clean room too!

Maybe the parking fee. It’s still open and not gated. I’m ok with paying if there was a gate or barrier, otherwise, it doesn’t make sense.

the location is excellent. the beds are very comfortable. but, I didnt like the fact the pool was by appointment only. that sucks. the restaurant and bar are closed also. the state of washington is open - Open the hotel!!!

It was in a very convenient location. We were close to the highway. We had to attend a funeral and this location is perfect for getting to the church quickly.

There was only one thing I didn’t like. The couch in the room was incredibly uncomfortable. But that was the only problem.
