Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown, WA

Booking.com said we were in a family room which is what I booked but it wasn’t it was just two queen beds but the hotel was great and gave us a suit with a king size room with a bed and a huge living room that was separate and it had two bathrooms. All at no extra charge. They brought us up two single Rolling beds with regular mattresses on them they were reasonably comfortable but we’re way better than the pull out couch and we still slept ok. But I feel that Booking.com mislead us with saying it was a family room so you might want to reword that. Also using a pull out couch as a bed is totally not the least bit comfortable those things give everyone an extremely sore back, so we were very pleased with the hotel for bring us two real beds. Over all fantastic hotel and staff and great area.

Having to pay for parking and the parking spaces were tight and limited parking. One night there was no parking left but the gad an agreement with the place across the street so we got to park there but it was very very close to the hotel and they comped us one night so that was good .

Very comfortable and in a great location. Loved the jacuzzi and fire place/patio outside. Felt very spacious and the bed was very large and comfortable. Loved that there was a microwave and a fridge in our room, and a great selection downstairs of beverages and snacks. Ladies at front desk were nice. :)

The sink was slow to drain, and felt the carpet could've been a little cleaner. Maybe a steam clean or something? Just didn't really feel comfortable walking with no shoes on. Everything was pretty expensive and was just an up charge for no reason, feel like the experience could've been better if we didn't have to pay so much for parking, water, snacks, and just the stay in general.

Nice firm bed; everything was clean, and location of my room was very quiet. I felt very safe at this hotel. In walking distance to beautiful Meydenbauer Bay Park, Old Bellevue, shops at City Center and the Bellevue Art Museum. Parking in underground garage was gated and safe. Lots of spaces. I was told at check-in that breakfast was offered, but I was not able to take advantage of that amenity.

I did not have a nightstand on the side of the bed nearest the bathroom, so had to sleep on the other side of bed. The room could use some minor upgrades, but otherwise was fine. Parking charge was $29 per night. No guest parking.

The location was great for snow flake lane. The pool with the outdoor view was perfect. Watched football game on tv outside while the kids played in the pool. Place was gorgeous. We stayed in Dec.

No clear signs on where to park to check in.. Not much parking to check in. So many confused people sitting in what we all thought was the garage line then realized it was for checked in guest. Then sat in a check in line but it was parked cars. Parking very tight glad I drove a subaru because it would have been very tight for a suv. Proably would not been able to park in there. Very stressful with 2 children. Cannot see front desk from check in area.

The front desk staff was amazing! They were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel was very clean and very nice. The outdoor seating area with the fireplaces and the little on-site market was great!

The pool and hot tub area could use a little TLC. The pool and hot tub itself are a little run down. But the seating area around the pool was really nice. The parking was also pretty pricey - but it’s downtown in a secure parkade so I guess that’s to be expected….

Nice hotel in a good location for what we were looking for. Staff was nice.

Shower head sprayed all over for both showers getting entire bathroom wet. Loved having the complimentary breakfast, too bad they messed up our order once and then undercooked the French toast (it looked like raw pancake batter). I'd stay again, but probably not order the same food.

The hotel was large in spacious. Our hotel room was not only clean, but it was modern and very open. The staff was exceptionally friendly… We were there during an ice storm and they let us have a late check out the next day so that it would be safer for us to drive home. Love everything about this hotel! Will stay there again next year for the same event.

Location and breakfast were very good.

As swimmers we like an indoor pool, which they had, but photos made it look longer than it was - and spa was not hot, jets did not work. Bathroom sink did not drain well, and bathroom near the lobby and breakfast room was filthy at 10 am.

Sameeta at the front desk was soooo sweet and accommodating. So helpful and personable! Thank you Sameeta! The rooms were beautiful, VERY clean, well maintained. The bed was so comfortable. We traveled with a 5 month old and didn’t know they had cribs - otherwise we would have asked for one. The staff was excellent. We travel often from the Yakima area and when we come back, I think we found our go to hotel! We’ll be back.

The parking garage! We have a Yukon and it was hard to find a spot for a suv/truck.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cool and the spa was maybe not quite hot enough. Spa jets were not working when we were there. All in all, a great place to stay.
