Everything was very clean and the staff was so very sweet.

Only downfall to the property was the construction going on. The exit we needed to take was shut off and we were not aware of that so we had to drive down and turn around adding an extra 10 minutes to our trip, which is not the properties fault. The only other complaint I have it our room had a trash can in the bathroom that was still full of trash and was not taken out.

This was a really pleasant surprise. First - contrary to what Booking.com says, they DO allow pets, and on this trip we brought her along as we were enroute from one home to another. (SIDE NOTE: There is an excellent dog park about 10 minutes away called Freedom Dog Park.) The room is well laid out and thoughtfully planned. The staff is fantastic! Breakfast was pretty decent too, and changed up a bit daily while we were there.

Since they do allow pets, they would do well put a couple more pet stations around the property. One is not enough.

I loved this hotel! The staff was beyond amazing. They were so kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect for us(family of 4). The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The only issue I had was I didn’t know we had to ask for room service if we needed it

My husband and I enjoyed a much needed night away! It was a wonderful experience! We appreciated the nice welcome! Beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel! Delicious breakfast that we enjoyed outside on the patio with great music on the outdoor speakers! We plan to return! Great accommodations!

Hotel was clean. Staff helpful kind .Comfortable room. Tv , swimming pool all excellent .I will stay here or somewhere like this again. I highly recommend.Great value.

The breakfast lacking flavor. Overall selection ok.Great to have breakfast before leaving with a busy schedule.

The hotel is right next door to the hospital I had surgery at. Being within walking distance to this hospital is an added bonus. The hotel staff is beyond wonderful. The hotel itself if I didn't have cats I would live there.

The lighting. The ceiling fan light had a dimmer switch but the light it self did not dim. It was either on or off and wasn't very bright. No real instructions on thermostat. Had to play around with it to figure out how to get it to come on.

The pictures of the room online were really good. However, the ACTUAL space was even LARGER than the photos showed. It was the perfect space to live and work from for an entire week. I was convenient have a full size refrigerator in our room with a small cook top. The pool was lovely and the outdoor grill was CLEAN! We grilled salmon one night by the pool. It was a nice break from work! The staff was amazing!!

The eggs were terrible. Everything else was good. PLEASE change the type of eggs your are using on your breakfast bar.

Room was very clean and spacious. Really appreciated the safety bars in the bathroom as well. Also liked seeing pets in the hotel.

The only drawback was having to get on and off Hwy 114 every time I left the hotel. However, location was close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, etc.

The amenities were over I expected, you have full fridge, couches, pool and friendly staff, everything is super clean and very well located with easy access from the highway (but no noise), I was beside the ice machine an initially I was expecting a lot of noise or people coming but I heard nothing, also is right beside an emergency hospital so you're peace of mind. Dallas downtown is just 20 min away you don't need to spend more to be there since is very close. Definitely I'll return.

Don't expended your money in more central hotels, this has all what you need and is just half hour from downtown, it's next to the highway but even if you room face street you will hear nothing not even when other guests enter their rooms everything is so calm, the breakfast is good and enough, room has a complete kitchen with full fridge so literally you could live there if you want to, and finally the bed, it's just perfect not too hard not too soft, just perfect!
