Love the room they accommodated me well since I was handicapped and I Book the room for 2 days I had to have surgery

What I didn't like is I booked a suite for the 3rd night a day ahead of time because I wasn't feeling good and during the night they gave the sweet away to somebody else so I left I was really disappointed and they didn't even tell me they were sorry just said oh we'll . I Asked for a parking space close to the door But The Flynn truck company made sure they took up all them up , They watch me in a wheelchair get in my van an leave to go to eat and then took my parking space guess they need to get closer to drink there beer's together your staff Cater to these people . We also asked for a wake up call so I wouldn't miss my surgery but the call never came in cause the system was broke so they said Other than that it was a nice hotel

The parking was amazing it was so easy for me to get in and out. A very calming atmosphere. The staff are as very nice. Very prompt checkin time, cleanliness was great. other than a couple of stains on the carpet here and there.

The pillows were absolutely horrible. I will definitely be bringing my own next time. There were horrible stains on our floor one beside our bed. The bedding was clean but very, very thin everything felt like a sheets; even the blankets.

Staff were friendly and able to accomodate our room requests, the hotel was clean and the space was generally quiet. We needed to change our booking, but because it's through a 3rd party (I'm looking at you, Booking.com), this was not possible, but they did try their hardest!

You'd think booking through Booking.com would make the stay and experience easier, it really didn't - we needed to change our booking but because it was done via a 3rd party (yes, you - booking.com) they're effectively locked out of the system - and your app isn't terrible useful around managing a booking. Breakfast should have been better - we didn't get a chance to "schedule" our grab and go because we arrived later than expected and there wasn't anything available on the way out the door the next morning.

The king bed was so comfortable and the room was top notch! Very clean and homey! Everyone made eye contact and was genuinely friendly!

We understand that with Covid the hot breakfasts are temporarily halted but we were saddened at the food selections and taste and lack of a hot tub in the pool area and mountains dew is the snack area was disappointing!!

The lady at the front desk was super sweet! She made our stay very lovely and comfortable since we are not from around there.

The mattress on our room 205 was like sleeping on a padded ply board.

We slept great, pillows were comfy, shower was had nice pressure and even tho the breakfast was brown bagged it was good. Coffee was excellent. The employee at check in was very friendly and helpful.

Was great overall. Funny things noticed. New construction or remodel? But the the pictures and even the big lighted bathroom mirror were hanged crooked. One light was out in the bathroom making it dim. The sleeping area had one small light between the beds and soooo dark.

Great location to stay, and was not far to where I needed to travel the next morning. Every one was nice and friendly. Place is beautiful and smells new!

I wish there would have been a place to get on a computer,/printer, I needed to print some important documents that I had left at home.

We've stayed here twice in the past months while in town for multiple funerals including my mom and the one person that we were in contact with was a desk clerk named Katie. She was very helpful and sympathetic all at the same time and she was more than amazing

Nothing

New and fresh. The sofas in the King suite are a nice touch. Room was very spacious.

They apparently allow dogs. There were many during my stay and they barked day and night.
