Hotel was easy to find, front desk staff was very friendly, but professional, and our room was easy to access. We ended up staying a second night after having checked out earlier in the day, so we stayed in two rooms. Both were large and clean, showers were great, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was good, but I have to say I was a little surprised it still concluded at 9:30 on weekend mornings. Didn't cause a problem though. Check-out was easy and again, staff was very friendly.

No real problems. A little larger parking lot might be nice.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From arrival to departure, and everything in between, they were so pleasant.

The property is starting to show its age slightly. The hides bed in the room was to be used for my 9 year old, but was broken on both bottom corners. Staff were very apologetic and offered a roll away bed, and also explained they are getting ready for a remodel soon! Toaster was out at breakfast. Just minor age things. Otherwise, very clean and perfect.

They had the Most Friendliest Staff I have ever seen at a Hotel. The young Check In Clerk was so nice and told us about a Street Dance that night. The Lady serving Breakfast was Sweet and Chatty. The Check Out Clerk was smiling, happy and friendly and told us about the Tomato Festival down town and gave us a brochure about it

The Pool Room was very Hot, but not their fault. They were waiting for a part, but decided to not close the pool. They had a note on the door explaining it. The pool water was very cold, so it was okay. There was no Hot Tub

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rom was clean, staff took all precautions for safety and provided up-front solutions (e.g., how do I get clean towels? Put the dirty ones outside your door and housekeeping will leave clean ones.) Hot breakfast was served (as opposed to simple buffet) and the server took my order and "built" my breakfast request. The best thing overall was how the staff fully engaged all the guests - made friendly conversation and really listened.

Only one worker in Breakfast area on what was a heavily booked weekend. No way she could keep up with the demand for food and beverages, though she tried very hard. and remained pleasant throughout.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and I have never stayed at a hotel where I actually enjoyed the bathroom essentials such as the soap, shampoo and conditioner. So that was a very nice surprise.

Everything was pretty great. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the food. I really liked how it was set up dur to the covid requirements but the food itself was just gross. The bed pillows were also very firm and didn't have options for softer pillows.

I have used this Facility 3 times this year and found it to be Plesant and Friendly. I would recommend this Facility to my Friends and Family. It is in a good location and easy to Get to. Friendly Service and Atmosphere

The front staff was very friendly, it's clean, and quiet.

Breakfast could have been better - it wasn't bad, but not that good.

Still have not received a receipt for my stay that was promised to be emailed to me. Bed was too high for my wife to comfortably get into bed. she has back problems and had to twist her back to get into the bed. Why is a stool not provided for these higher beds?

Convenient, clean, comfortable, great air conditioner, comfy bed.

Because of holiday breakfast area got a little out of hand with just one server and one person to clean tables. Server responsible for serving eggs, oatmeal, sausage, biscuits toast everything but cereal. Same person to clean up tables, same person to replenish got a bit chaotic.
