when we booked said breakfast included. then a sign in the elevator said complimentary continental breakfast was 14.95 or 4.95 for Diamond or blue members which we are not considering we just signed up. We stayed at the Tru Hilton in Radford Va for 4 nights prior and had a wonderful breakfast every morning, complimentary breakfast, free bottled water, tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Garden hilton put the coffee away at 9:00. We paid 50 dollars more a day at the Garden Hilton to get less. The staff were great (shout out to Marlo) I will not stay at a Garden by Hilton ever again

Love the room and how clean the whole place was. Love that you had several places for people to gather together and visit. we came with a big group and we were able to meet and hang out, visit, buy drinks, and snacks in one of the gathering areas. Which was way better that being stuck in one of the rooms.

Didn't like the breakfast because it was to expensive. Paid for breakfast but cost extra to add an egg. Next morning walked to Red Rooster and got more food for less money. Would be better if you did a breakfast buffet and charged a flat fee.

Clean Rooms, mostly friendly staff. Housekeepers are on top of their game and always friendly. Quiet and close to lots of main attractions.

Check in and check out time on reservation did not match the Hotels check in and out times. Breakfast not included. No Vending machines. The Day Time Hotel Receptionist did not greet us with a smile, she was not very welcoming and had a slight attitude.

Property was located in an area convenient to all activities.

We were in town for a marine graduation. we checked in Wednesday night and the staff was outstanding. I wished I could remember the front desk lady name at the time but she was super sweet. Mr. Jack, I’m not sure what his title was but he was extremely helpful and very kind as well. The evening shift was honestly the highlight of the stay. The rooms were quiet and clean too.

We did not eat the breakfast because even after spending over $250 per night, breakfast was an extra $16! To me, that’s just insane and should be in included. Safe to say we ate at a local restaurant with amazing food and cheaper than the high-priced continental breakfast at the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and room was comfortable and big. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and downtown/harbor. Breakfast was very good but don't be in a hurry as service was slow.

The hotel needs to have more staff in the restaurant, especially on the weekends. The server and cook did their best but there was only one of each. Once the food came out it really was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a clean room. The hotel itself was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given them an excellent, but service wasn't as good as it could have been, especially in the restaurant and bar. But, I really loved how clean the room was!! And the staff there tried very hard to accommodate--just not enough in the food service.

It was a little overpriced--both the room and the cost of breakfast. Due to the help shortage, they couldn't keep up restocking things in the breakfast bar, which is what I purchased because I love fruit. They were even out of plates and bowls as well as the offerings to eat. Even after I asked twice if they could put out some bowls--they were just too busy. I might not have minded if the food was included without extra charge for our room. The price for our king room was high I thought, given the location, style of hotel. And, our bed was lopsided--probably because the frame on the right hand side appeared to be broken and poorly repaired.

We requested a 3-night stay at this Hotel. After the first night we had to request a different room due to a barking dog in the room next door. We were accommodated without question. According to cleaning help, complaints had been made before about the barking door in that room. If so, the Hotel needs to reconsider their accommodation assignments.

Loved the location. Beds were VERY comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Liked the little lobby convenience store. Awesome access to the main streets and the beautiful islands. Location enables guest to find everything one might want or need during the trip.
