Express Inn Harrisburg South New Cumberland

Breakfast was ok - better than most I have had since the Covid pandemic started. The room was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable and awesome fluffy pillows, all staff I interacted with were very helpful and cordial, and the location was excellent. Motel was very quiet and peaceful despite being close to major roads.

I wish there were hand towels in the bathroom and hair conditioner and hand lotion also. I also wish the doors into the hallways were secured by the room keycard - they were open during the day and also when i went for a rather late evening walk around the building.

Fantastic stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Any issues are fixed Immediately!! Location is exactly where we need to be. For being up against the turnpike, traffic noise is almost non-existent.

We put the "clean room" sign on the door our first 2 nights and the room was neglected. Easily fixed, went to the office and got clean towels. We were then told NOT to put the sign on the door. Room was cleaned every day after.

Everything about our stay was great. Easily, the mattress and pillows were the absolute most comfortable of any of the hotels/motels I've ever encountered! The staff is very friendly & helpful; they offered early check & overnight checkout.

The poor signage made it a bit difficult to initially figure out the actual location, especially considering the intersection where the motel is but once I found it it was easy to get in & out.

Not much of a breakfast - coffee was great - Room was average , bed was very comfy, loved the fridge and microwave. Had a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee or cup, so that was a little disappointing. Overall, a great room on my way to where I was heading. Thanks! will see you if I am up your ay again!

The guy the guy checking in is very nice and accommodating. The outside was very well lit. The rooms are clean. The sheets are clean. The towels are clean. Very nice from the last time I visited this property. Great improvement well done

Express Inn never fails to be a fantastic place to stay. The people are super nice and if there is an issue, they take care of it right away. The room is clean and spacious. The location is perfect for us.

Location was exactly what we were looking for. All staff members were extremely polite. Room was not cleaned one day, but staff was very quick to remedy that. For being very close to the interstate/Thruway, the rooms were very quiet.

No breakfast available until the day we were checking out. Bathroom fan didn't work. Toilet was extremely loud when flushing. Previously it was a smoking room/hall. Hard to get that smell out.

It was comfortable and cozy

Our first room the cable didn't work the second room the heater didn't work by the third try I was exhausted luckily everything was okay

Super quiet for being up against the PA Turnpike. Location was easily accessible. Room was very spacious and clean. The one time we requested room cleaning and didn't get it, they were immediate in rectifying the issue. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool was very well maintained and clean. The rooms were so clean and the hotel smelled very good. The price was EXCELLENT!

The only thing I didnt like was the location, a little hard to follow. They didnt have room numbers on the outside so had to guess where your room was.
