Hotel Indigo Harrisburg – Hershey

1. Location of the Hotel to the Turnpike, highway into downtown Harrisburg exceptional! 2. Contemporary decor.

1. Air conditioner was too Loud even on low mode. 2. Towels were not replenished for my suite before or when I checked in. 3. The breakfast should've been compt given the price of the room. 4. No outside food or beverages were permitted in the hotel lobby or pool side. 5. Advised the front desk of spill in front of the elevator entrance on my floor and it took 9 hours before it was responded to.

The complimentary tea and coffee is 2$ each. The breakfast was a joke for 16$. Overcooked bacon Overcooked sausage a sad looking omelette and waffle. Just not worth 16$. Make the breakfast free and the place would be a 10

The facility was wonderful and perfect for a family with a dog. Many hotels "accept" pets, this one seemed to embrace them. The room was large and clean with all the necessary amenities. I had a million questions when I arrived and the evening front desk attendant (embarrassed to say I forgot her name) was spectacular and helpful, always with a smile and eager to help. The pool area felt almost like a resort pool with the seating and the fire pits. The lobby was inviting, even though the restaurant was not yet re-opened in the era of COVID. Not only would I stay at this hotel again, they were a brand ambassador for Indigo.

We used the back stairwell a bit because it was easier to take the dog to the best spot to walk him. The back stairwell was not kept to the same cleanliness standards as the rest of the hotel.

I love the hotel the staff were great this my 2nd time staying at the Indigo i will be staying at the indigo every time im in Pennsylvania love it!!!

No hot breakfast but i enjoyed the continental breakfast due to restaurant not opened yet but it will be opened starting this weekend, they have really good food just wished it was opened while i was there.

When I thought I left my cellphone upon checking out, the staff were so wonderful in helping me search the room. All staff and manager interactions were friendly and professional. The breakfast package is a nice touch as well!

The bathroom door. It’s kind of a sliding floating door which doesn’t secure too well. Also, no fan in the bathroom.

everything was to my expectations; it was a wonderful property and great staff and was so clean and modernized.

The breakfast wasn't worth it for the 18.99 per person there is not much to choose from like other hotels and it was cold and overcooked !! but overall, I would stay again in a heartbeat I just won't get breakfast

Excellent staff who were very helpful and good overall management. The interior design was very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean.

A few issues with maintenance, likely due to short staffing. No hot water in the first room — I was moved to another — and a broken faucet for example.

The location was great. The hotel was very clean and modern looking. The shower and the available scents were amazing. It was very quiet, we didn’t hear any other guests during our stay. 100% will go back if we are in the area again.

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. It’s in a good location near Target and an outlet mall. The room size was also pretty decent for the price.

The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep at night. But the pillows were exceptionally soft so that was helpful at least.

The rooms were extremely clean, the pool area is so nice. We ended up cancelling our dinner reservations and stayed there and ordered drinks and dinner pool side. Food was delicious and the staff were super sweet and great to talk to. We will definitely stay there again .
