Very nice hotel and bed was very comfortable.

Only drawback was breakfast. It was a crazy morning where everyone seemed to show up at once. And they kept running out of things, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. And the one lady working the breakfast bar looked a bit overwhelmed. Front desk did try to help, but they were clearly not well versed in running the breakfast bar. But we considered this a minor inconvenience, not a major problem.

Very clean rooms and hotel was well situated for our needs. Price was good, hotel lobby was clean as well including ample food choices around the location.

No bodywash in our room inspitr of reminding the front 4 times, breakfast was below par and not enough unless you were there before 8am. I don't remember the last time in a hotel when you asked for a noon check out for front to call at 1105 and remind you of a 11am check out and then giving you until 1130 to check out.

Didnt get to eat as we left early in the mornings, but the coffee was good and hot :)

For what its worth, the parking lot did not seem to be big enough for the crowd we had there for the weekend. Fri-Sat nights a few people (including me on Friday nite) had to park along the entrance road curb.

Friendly staff, handled check quickly, and solved questions/concerns we had.

A complete walk through of rooms upon check in. We had hair inside dresser drawers, and bathroom. Housekeeping came up and recleaned room. So that was a plus!! Beds very comfortable, pillows were too soft even tough I love soft comfortable pillows there was no support my neck was hurting next mornings. Convenient to shopping centers etc, Pool wasn't spacious but my family enjoyed! However, pool water was very cold for it to be heated pool. Overall excellent hotel will definitely stay when area again.

the shower was great, bed was comfortable

so we rented 3 rooms. one of them had no tv remote. the girl at the front desk was told about it and did nothing. did not have a remote to give us to use. upsetting. needed to use the dryer, doesn’t work well and the pool and hot tub picture was not true. pool was small square and no hot tub at all

The staff was excellent and very helpful. We had a bit of a car issue that was going to take longer and our check out was 11am and they allowed us to stay in the lobby if we need to till the car was fixed, all 21 of us. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning ourselves..

There was nothing that I didn’t like, great hotel, great service and great staff.

Location is quite a ways from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was always the same, and did not have as much of a selection as other Holiday Inn Express's. Coffee was always available and good.

First room...tv didn't work so we were assigned another room. Never could figure out how the heat worked...air conditioning always came on with the the heat.

We visit family in the area several times a year . The location was excellent and easy to find. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodated our request to have all our family’s rooms near each other. This was absolutely the best ergonomically designed,and comfortable room we’ve stayed in out of the 5 or so hotels we’ve used in the area. Great support for our electronic devices and great breakfast.

I can’t think of any short comings.

Swimming pool a little smaller than expected (and took quite a while to refill after maintenance, could’ve been refilled faster and reopened for use)

Newer property in wonderful condition, it's in a business park so it wasn't very busy on the weekend but not close to anything either. Room was huge!

There are a few restaurants close but not close enough to walk.
