Breakfast is a full and hot breakfast with very good food, or an earlier small continental, and room areas to eat inside and outside, and tea and scones and fruit in the afternoon. The location is very close to downtown Ashland which we love, and many wineries too. They also rent bikes. and they have good parking. They have a saltwater pool, outside patio tables with chairs, and beautiful landscaping and grounds with many flowers and trees, and some fountains. Our room came with a mini kitchen with small frig and microwave, 2 sets of utensils and plates, a coffee maker, closets and drawers, t.v. and sleeper couch, jetted tub with piped in springs, and a closet area, and a dressor. This is our second stay here and we will be back. The front desk is very welcoming and helpful too.

The loud music on Tuesday night coming from the property behind the fence near our room. Stopped at 10PM after asking the hotel about it and it did stop then. Was very noisy with windows open, and into our room. There are many yellow jackets which we know is a seasonal thing but because they like me very much and any food, they should be handled with many cones to trap them or pest control. Drinks or food outside need to be covered as they are very aggressive and also on the patios, and even in Ashland along the river area restaurants so that is annoying. I didn't get stung but I had to be very aware outside.

The location was fine. We are vegans and they actually had some options for vegans for breakfast, we had warm steel-cooked oats, they had some vegan cereal and also vegan yogurt! Along with a variety of dried fruits and nuts. The grounds are very nice with a lot of walking paths, places to sit and relax. We didn't use the pool or the other facilities but they looked inviting. The mineral water in the showers was relaxing.

We were on a floor with two rooms and it would be nice if the rooms were a little more soundproofed. The other couple in the room next door came in later and woke us up when they were opening/closing their doors.

The grounds were spectacular. The bed was very, very comfortable. I love all the quiet spots you’ve created around the property. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

I don’t feel a tub is necessary given you have the hot tub by the pool. It made the room to small, we only had one luggage stand and no dresser. The mini fridge froze all our fruit and drinks. I told the receptionist who made no offer to replace it. The room had a strong sulfur smell the whole time. I did not notice this when I entered my sisters room.

Just like the last visit, the landscaping is so beautiful and well maintained. The room is clean and having a mineral bath in the room is the best part! The staff is very friendly throughout the facility; the buffet breakfast is very good and has wide selection and even coffee was yummy!

WiFi was very weak and useless but if you are here to unplug yourself, it should't matter too much. We appreciate the landscape and understand that it takes work.... however, the landscapers shouldn’t have been weed-whacking in the courtyard in the morning, right outside the dining hall while guests were eating breakfast! We wonder if they can wait to weed whack until after the 11 am check out time .... that would be SO nice!!

Great "spa concept" property! Very friendly staff. On arrival, I received a friendly greeting and an invitation to have tea in the lobby building. My actual room was upstairs in a separate small building (there were multiple on the property). Room was very clean. HUGE mineral bath in the corner of the room. Had the "smell of authenticity" LOL - the sulfur aroma from the mineral spring water was powerful. Bathing in this was VERY relaxing! There was an attractive looking pool area, but did not use it as the pool was not heated and I saw no point in using a jacuzzi with the private mineral bath in the room. There were available spa services, like massages, on site. Breakfast was quite good - I had bacon and a veggie quiche from the buffet. Overall, very nice.

None of my critiques are really a fault of the property. The area around the property was under construction so there was heavy equipment, incomplete buildings, etc. evident as you entered the property. The location in Ashland is a bit away from the center of town, so going to Lithia Park or downtown would be a short drive - not a super pleasant road to walk along between the hotel and the main street area.

A beautiful room with a fireplace and huge soaking tub plus a mini kitchen area. The included breakfast was fabulous. I loved everything about the resort. The lobby area was beautifully decorated, very serene. There were home made cookies and tea at 4pm. The location was great, a quick trip into the main part of Ashland, or onto 5. Very convenient. A year round outdoor pool and jacuzzi area, the hotel supplies lovely bathrobes. Housekeeping is amazing and the staff is very nice.

Because it has a natural spring and mineral waters that are full of minerals, such as some sulfur, there is a "scent" that might be too strong for some people. Its only in the natural water, which from legend has healing properties. Be aware that it might smell like rotten eggs. They supply unscented drinking water though.

Staff were very friendly, the tea room was a nice touch. We stayed in the Garden View Room, which had a bathtub in the room, the bed was large and comfortable for two people, the room was small, but big enough for a one night stay. The grounds of the property were quite nice, we ended up envying those who chose a bungalow, as they had nice streams flowing by their rooms, and more privacy and quiet. They offer a nice breakfast, which was probably more enjoyable for non-vegetarians, but did included a nice yogurt/granola/berry option for vegetarians.

The Garden View Room is located above a supply closet, and the stairway leads to a common area, near the front desk. This meant that we could hear the conversations of guests down in the lobby. For light sleepers this might not be a comfortable choice. Our view was of a bit of the garden, and the balcony of neighboring rooms, which limited our privacy. This problem was easily solved by closing the blinds for most of our time there. There is a large construction site on or near the property.

Staff!!! They were awesome! No housekeeping, however, they left us plenty of towels for the next day. The tub soak was nice, but my friend didn't want to turn her head because I was in a bra and panties and we are both females. That was uncomfortable.

The room was too small for two friends. I thought it would be a regular studio. It was a regular hotel room with a giant tub. I went in it in my bra and undies because I was with my friend who I have known almost my whole life. We are both straight females, so it would have been nice to have two beds, and I thought there would be a sofa in the room. The room was tiny but would have been bigger without the tub.

Liked everything. Our first visit. Decided to try the mineral springs due to severe pain from PsA. Watched the Kracken game from the tub, no pain, no wrinkles. Wonderful!!! Grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Had turkeys sneak up on me on morning stroll. Must return.

Only issue we had was another guest dropped a cigarette butt on our patio. Totally gross. We do not smoke. We do not litter either. I cleaned it up. Not the facilities fault. Just lazy and disrespectful humans and they can be found everywhere.

Lithia Springs in the summer is in full bloom and a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was wonderful, my husband especially liked the crispy bacon! We didn't use the bikes but noticed a new path and will definitely give them a try on our next visit.

Tree trimmers, gardeners, plumbers descended one day of our visit. It was noisy, and hard to get around the resort outside. However, it was only one day and I understand they have to do these chores sometime.
