Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Medford, an IHG Hotel

The location was great, not too far from the highway. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was great! Beautiful room, large, nice amenities in the room. The bed was comfortable, loved that the floor had carpet instead of laminate. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast was good, the variety was great, seating was sufficient, and it was well supplied.

It would have been nice if we could have adjusted the a/c unit to where the fan would be on constantly for white noise. We set the thermostat fairly low, but we couldn't figure a way to have the fan on constantly. Other than that, the room and the facility were great!

Location was great. There were restaurants near by and very easy on/off to freeway. The parking was super easy, we were pulling a trailer and there was plenty of room for us. Also, the breakfast was easy and had something for the whole group to eat.

The only complaint I have was the kids running up and down the halls at 7 am - but that was not the hotels issue. More of a parenting problem

This time our room had a 'fainting couch' rather than a traditional couch and coffee table that we have had in the past several times we have stayed. Didn't care for that as it is not supportive / comfortable to sit on. Also, I wish that your property honored the Genius level discounts through Booking.com. I like to go to your properties first, but am getting to the point where the discount helps me save so look at other properties now instead.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large room. Great parking, safe parking area. Wonderful breakfast.

Be aware that there is no sign on the hotel placard on the highway indicating the exit. I accidentally went to the Holiday inn Express on the north side of town first. My mistake. This one is located on the southside of town near highway 99. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Easy to locate, wonderful room set-up as far as the desk, tv, refrigerator, microwave were arranged. Modern and easy to use spaces. Included a chaise lounge! Nice lamp lighting.

No laundry detergent for purchase in the laundry facilities at the hotel. It would be great to have a dispenser for those who are traveling via air plane.

We had a great stay. It was in a good location, it was clean and the bed was super comfy.

We had some heavy footed people above us that started stomping around at 4:15 AM. I suggest that all families with kids be on the bottom floor perhaps. Or if you are a light sleeper, request the top floor.

I liked how clean it was and the king bed was very comfortable! also, the breakfast was nice and hot.

I called and asked about security. I was told that there is one security officer that floats to 3 different locations and no cameras. This did not make me feel very safe. but once I was inside I felt better. I feel there needs to be more security and cameras.

Me and my husband loved just about everything. We want to go back and stay there a little longer its way better than the one on base. It has room and the staff I didn’t get their name but they were amazing I had forgot to buy my daughter milk before getting to the hotel and he was able to provide us with milk 2 to be specific and my daughter was happy as well!

Breakfast was excellent. It had a lot of small touches that made it more enjoyable. The lady, Penny (I asked!) was exceptional- she was pleasant, maintained the cleanliness in the breakfast area and kept everything well stocked.

A little bit sterile environment. Front desk staff could be more engaged and welcoming.

Went out side to grab an item from my car at around midnight and a shady individual was on a bike directly in front of my car and rode off after he saw I was getting in. I couldn't sleep very well after I got back to the room just kept thinking it was odd and glad I went out when I did but besides that a perfect stay!!!
