Hampton Inn Franklin, NC

The hotel appeared new and is very clean. We had a fast, friendly and easy check in. Our room was outfitted with everything we could want, a comfy bed, mini ‘fridge, microwave, writing desk, television and Neutrogena bath amenities. Our room was quiet and the temperature easily controlled. Breakfast was from 6-10 am and contained many choices including healthy and otherwise. I would return without a doubt when in Franklin NC.

The swimming pool had a cover on it and a sign stating it was closed for the season.

Great value for a king size and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and updated. Stayed 2 nights. Friendly helpful staff. Great Continental breakfast that changed with some variety over the 2 days. Breakfast hours 6am-10am. Weekday stay was not busy. Swimming pool out of commission for the summer 2023 (covered up).

convenient location , easy and quick check In, clean room, & super comfy bed

the only issues we experienced was that the air conditioning wouldn’t keep the room cooled and we tried to get it to stay running but it wouldn’t, it just off and on , it was a bit hard to sleep , and the shower water didn’t get quite hot enough, but overall it was a great stay.

This was such a nice hotel, as you walk in you are greeted with a stone fireplace and a grouping of comfortable chairs. It was as if you were coming home. The room was spacious and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The pool was closed for the season. I would have enjoyed swimming.

I like everything about the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere was very delightful.

Only thing I was disappointed about was the pool was closed.

Location was convenient.to where we needed to be. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was a plus. Coffee readily available. All shifts of the front desk personnel were great.

Not that you can change the building design but the elevator was at the end of the building so had to walk the full length of the building to get to the room at the end of the hall.

Location is Great....We have stayed here several times when we are out chasing waterfalls. Thankful you serve breakfast in the common area. The variety could be better but considering the times we live in, it was Great. Appreciated the staff letting us enjoy the Orange Bowl game in the common room with our friends.

I did go buy a different pillow but hey, that is a personal choice.

Had to ask for housekeeping, towels, etc. The price was almost double the others, I expected more.

I was on the first floor, due to last minute booking and the room was very noisy. The door across the hallway was slamming shut throughout the night. This is not the hotel's fault of course.

Everyone enjoyed breakfast. More gluten free options would have been an added bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Nothing. I enjoyed everything about my stay and would definitely stay again at the Hampton.
