Nice pool, great breakfast options (especially considering Covid), everything was clean and comfortable. The room was large enough for our son’s bed that we brought to be put on the floor.
While the bathroom was clean, the toilet was very unstable and rocked a lot when you sat down or stood up. We were afraid it was going to break and disconnect it seamed so loose. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and flaky off large chunks of white paint. Overall since everyone was so clean and the toilet reminded functional it was really a big deal. Just not something I’m used to seeing in a Hampton Inn.

Bathroom sink in our room had water coming out of the faucet only about 1-1.5 inches over the sink, making it difficult to wash hands.

The room was comfortable and clean. I like that you could adjust brightness on TV (maybe a small thing but alot hotels have the feature locked), the fridge was actually cold and there was a microwave.

This Hampton was super clean. The beds were so comfortable also. Mel, Margie and Becky are gems to have for this hotel. They were friendly and just overall nice people. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in High Point.

The hotel was in a great location and had a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was pretty clean overall; however, whenever I see hairs (especially long ones) in the bathtub and on the shower curtain, it grosses me out. Suffice it to say that I saw them.

It was clean, comfortable, and good location.
The $10 extra charge for “incidentals”. Sounds like just away to collect extra money. You only get housekeeping on the day you leave so I’m sure the hotel is saving a bundle in housekeeping costs which I doubt was reflected in the cost of the room.

It was a very clean room with all the amenities we needed for a good price and vey close to our travel route.
What I didn't like could not be helped by the Hampton staff due to the Chinese virus, I'm sure the breakfast would have been excellent had it not been for that.

The staff including the housekeepers were all very nice and helpful. Clean hotel and room and breakfast was very nice.
