SpringHill Suites by Marriott Greensboro

Breakfast was good. The indoor pool and fitness center are nice. The front desk offers complimentary bottles of cold water from the refrigerator in the lobby market.

The fan in the bathroom has a high pitch whine which hurts one’s ears. More towels in the bathroom would be appreciated. The room accommodates 5 but there were only enough towels for three.

Staff very generous. Bed was very comfortable. I was there for business. I was able to get some good rest.

Not sure who was next door, but they were very loud and was running up and down the hall. Could use some updates in the, and the chlorine for the pool was very strong. You can smell soon as you enter the hotel. Was buring my eyes

I liked the indoor pool an the room itself. it was plenty of room for me an the family.

I like the fact that everyone was very friendly ... we had a death in the family an we wanted to just get away swim an enjoy a little family time. its in a great location ,it was clean ,the breakfast wasn't the best but everything else was great I'll definitely stay again🥰

The property was very clean! Unfortunately when i booked to stay the pool was closed for cleaning so please call and make sure it’s open!! other than that i would recommend this hotel! the staff was VERY friendly and eager to help!

The ladies at the front desk were kind had smiling faces and it looked like they really enjoyed it their job. They even have me a birthday treat when I came back downstairs to go out for the evening .

Second time staying here and the staff makes the hotel All the ladies at the front desk are kind and friendly. So welcoming.

Our room had a stain on the ceiling and we had a lot of noise above us.

I was kind of yelled at by one of the employees to put a mask on AS SOON AS I entered the building. I had just removed my mask after a night out with friends and needed a breather in the car. I had the mask in my purse and had forgotten about wearing it in the building and as I stepped foot in the door the worker was already yelling for me to put my mask on which scared me a bit but other than that everything was nice and I can understand where he was coming from just trying to keep everyone safe I think he just could’ve maybe said it in a calmer voice or not so much yelling at me. The other employees were nice as well.

Exceptionally clean! Nice layout of room with sitting area… very spacious. Bed mattress very comfortable. Thermostat worked in room so temperature adjusted to comfort.

The check in staff was friendly and welcomed me back again. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee in the morning tasted good and the "to go" muffin and granola bar were very tasty. The morning manager was awesome. I have never been disappointed by this SpringHill Suites.

We were here to be with our mom who is in hospice. very comfortable property and compassionate staff.
