Hyatt House Parsippany Whippany

The staff there were really nice, the room was cozy. I'm very happy with the second room you gave us, when the AC in our first room went, and couldn't be fixed. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Kitchen was great for our needs, just like being at home. Loved the breakfast options! Definitely coming back!

That there wasn't a maintenance person on call to fix the AC, we ended up having fans brought in, but it was just too warm, even with windows open. The next day we switched rooms.

Everything was great! Very clean and a great breakfast as well! Very close to 287 , easy access to highways, and grocery store right around the corner

I didn't always make it down to breakfast before it closed, so maybe make it available a little longer?

Ok … it is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. It is the details I would pay more attention to . Weeds around the beautiful pool area. Broken window in the gym. Secondary entrance and exit doors need to be painted Our room in first floor smelled moldy maybe shampoo carpets more often. Air conditioner leaked water and ice tray was missing in room 267. But over all the hotel Is lovely and the staff was WONDERFUL!! Breakfast was perfect and I will keep coming back to stay for sure !

Pay more attention to the details so that this beautiful hotel doesn’t deteriorate because it has so much positive amenities.

bathtub stopper broken and breakfast not much variety, no omelet bar, limited items (only fruit, no yogurt, no waffles or fresh oatmeal)

Breakfast was great

The staff was really great, but I did run into a problem checking in, I booked my rooms and when I got there only one room was reserved. I then had to reserve another room for a higher price. I wasn’t too pleased with that but the employees working at the time were really helpful and so nice.

I didn’t like how I couldn’t get room service while I was in the room with my kids my son has a disability and they refused to clean my room while we were there they told me they’ll give sheets to change on beds and new towels and wash rags I had to sweep the kitchen area by requesting a broom and I vacuumed my room myself.

Everything including spacious suites, with equipped kitchenettes, prime location, spacious parking.

Although I requested a late check-out (2pm instead of 12pm due to work) and I was told it has been arranged without any extra charge and a note has been added to my booking, when I called. Later I had to extend my booking for another night, and the person at the front desk told me that he has no such note. And we have to pay $25/ hour for a late check-out, which is inconvenient and embarrassing. Never got the matter resolved. Secondly, when we checked in the room given to us was 101, which reeked of Marijuana. But the front desk clerk helped us and gave another room promptly.

I love the property I’ve stayed there plenty of occasions.

the staff were judging us soon as we walked ins they weren’t inviting at all, which made me super uncomfortable after spending 400 dollars for one night to stay there.

The breakfast was delicious and kept full the entire time.

The TV in the living room only worked on streaming services.

Hot breakfast was decent - eggs, pancakes, potatoes, cereal, muffins, etc. Room was spacious and comfortable.

It was hard to get someone to turn on the fire pit at night.
