Love that they have a laundry room. The fact that they allow pets, the room was pretty clean (for the most part). Everyone is very nice. Checkin was quick and easy. Microwave/fridge was clean. Iron and full size ironing board was a plus. The dining table is also a great help.
Don't have a coffee maker. The a/c units are old so when it's hot, it doesn't get too cool/cold and they're on the ground so the cold hits the bed (in a 2 bed room).

It was a new refurbish room not so much to complain about the only thing the bathroom toilet was leaking water everywhere every time you flush the toilet but other than that everything else was okay
Not really too much to complain about the only thing like I said was the toilet needed to be fixed it looked like they were left several notes and messages regarding fixing the toilet from leaking cuz every time you flushed it it left a big puddle in the floor which was quite dangerous because it was in a handicap accessible room but other than that it was okay

one of the people at the reception discriminated and did not want to give a friend one more night for the simple fact of being trans, it is unfortunate that being in a free country these houses occur, they should solve that so that it does not happen again thanks

The location was central to restaurants, stores and the venue we were vacationing to. The Covid19 restrictions were not allowing for breakfast buffets and pools/jacuzzi in many other hotels still charging a higher price with no access to these advertised amenities.. The Redd Roof was very reasonably priced without and comfortable for our stay.
