There was an issue with the building where our room was located and the hotel manager called us before we got there to make arrangements for when we arrived. The room we originally booked was available by the time we got to the hotel and was perfect for our 5 person family. The hotel was quiet and in a convenient and easy to get to location.

Not much not to like. We ran out of soap in our shower, but we hadn't requested our room to be cleaned every day so that's on us. The hot tub wasn't closed for maintenance which was disappointing, but it looked like it would have been nice if it was working.

Good, quiet location. The room was huge and wonderful! Lots of great amenities in the room. Large TV. Nice shower and bathroom. Breakfast was standard hotel food, but really good. Staff was kind and welcoming. Lots of families.

The room was really far away from the front desk and the breakfast location. Parking was surprisingly small for such a large hotel. Had to park at a distance from the room. Could hear noises outside during the day, but fairly quiet at night.

Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and Luce and Alma were wonderfully kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was a great size. Loved the setting, quiet, green and peaceful.

Would have liked to have the room serviced at least every 3 days. Needed extra garbage bags in room. Not crazy about the access, but that's the New Jersey roads.

We received a free upgrade so our suite was surprisingly large. The kitchen was more than functional and had a nice breakfast bar. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast offered at the hotel was better than average for a chain hotel.

The bed was comfortable but the linens seemed to be of lower quality. The hotel's location is a bit remote -- about 45 minutes' drive from Jersey City.

All was great; the rooms are spacious enough for a family of 4, the full kitchen had all that we needed (plates, cutlery, salt, dish detergent etc.) and it was clean. The price for our stay was good.

I was disppointed that the pool was closed and that the breakfast was not a regular hot breakfast, both due to COVID. I think that, now that restrictions have been ilfted in our state and that restaurants are fully operationa, the hotel could resume full breakfast. Patrons can decide if they wish to eat in or out. Same with the pool. The gym was open so it kind of does not make sense that the pool was not. Other than that, all was great.

The breakfast is delicious, and they have a wide variety of food, hot and cold. the pool is nice and so is the gym. The lobby is very warm and inviting. The laundry facilities are clean and the machines do a great job. The room is kept very nicely, the kitchen is very nice, with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven. We are very pleased.

Size of room exceeded our expectations. Facility was clean, grounds were well kept, basketball court was a nice bonus for our kids who needed to blow off steam. The breakfast offered was sufficient. Check in staff was friendly and efficient.

Wish there were more restaurant choices close by - but we found some a short drive.

What I didn’t like is how I was charged $250.00 for smoking and I don’t smoke , when contacted by the manger he never left a voice mail or returned my many calls . After calling & calling to no avil I still don’t have the money that’s was taken. im very upset after being such a loyal customer for several years Im still not compensated or refunded.

Guests and Staff were great! People with pets were respectful and their pets were well behaved. I am allergic to pet dander so I had a room that didn't have pets 🙃 ..Lourdess and Joseph were amazing hosts. would definitely stay again! No problem parking, quarters were provided for machines in exchange for dollars, of course. Towels etc whatever we needed we received almost immediately. We definitely were treated well.. We had to stay another night and there was no problem extending.

Laundry cost $ 2.75 to wash and $2.75 to dry if clothes needed 10 more minutes it still cost $2.75 for 45 minutes. The laundry room stays warm little ventilation, to stay and wait. Walking and only loud talking can be heard throughout the hallways. Not often though..Walls appeared "thinner" ...I live in a house ,so maybe just not used to hearing people walking or talking.. The biggest downfall was the first 4 days the key cards were not working 😕 luckily we had 2 it is unclear why one just wouldn't open the doors..last few days were great when Lourdess reprogrammed! Many Thanks to Lourdess She is the real deal.

Sonesta is our go to place and usually it is clean and comfortable. The room was conveniently located and nice and big! I love the gym and pool and also the breakfasts!

The room smelled sweaty. I think the carpet needed cleaning. The lobby bathroom was a mess. The hot tub still isn't available.
