Homestead Lodge Apart Hotel

My husband & I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff, We got a bottle of wine and recommendations on things to do in the area. The room was clean , not only did it smell clean, but after my own wipe down , no dust/dirt collected on my lysol wipe, We appreciated the full kitchen, pool, comfortable bed, free coffee / small breakfast, The hotel is near stores, restaurants & shopping. Atlantic City is about 15 mins away, however if you didn't feel like driving everything is well in reach, The hotel was peaceful, The flooring looked to be newly done. You can really tell the owner takes pride in the place, He even engaged us in friendly banter, gave my husband advice on business .(he works in the hotel industry as well) Overall we enjoyed our stay, Looking to return later this month.

We saw pics of a gym on the website. There is a gym on the premises. But it's under repair , We were disappointed in that because we are huge gym goers and usually only choose hotels with gyms. And although we loved the idea there are full kitchens in each room. If you don't have pots you couldn't really use it to it's fullest potential.

I love that the workers here were welcoming and kind. The rooms are nice and clean. They have exterminators on sight which was a plus. Breakfast was good. My favorite part of the stay was the pool and hot tub.

I didn’t like that my room smelled like weed. It’s no fault of the hotel but the guest in the next room beside mine. I was switched to another room. My only other complaint was a roach in the new room I switched to. Hey the bug didn’t bother me and I didn’t bother it (lol) it hid behind a picture on the wall. I also didn’t like that I had to ask for pots and pans to cook. They give you a small pot and ban one knife, a wooden spoon and plastic soup spoon. Also the sauna didn’t get hot.

I was looking for a hotel with a pool and hot tub so to relax and do some physical therapy. I love the pool area due to the size and they're cleaning this of it. The fact that it was Secure that no one from outside of the facility would be able to enter the pool area. It felt safe. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and we'll be revisiting in the near future.

It was my first visit to this establishment and I felt that their service was fantastic. The fact that there were numerous restaurants along the strip made it convenient. I will definitely make arrangements for a future visit. And I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

It was an amazing stay for a great value. The hotel is located for what i was doing in the center of everything multiple places to shop with in ten minutes in any direction AC is minutes away and many options to eat and dine in. Multiple types of food markets and such. You can literally find anything your looking. The pool,sauna and whirlpool was very nice and relaxing.So was the whirlpool tub in my room it was great.

All In all it was a great stay no complaint just suggestions. My room could have used a little updating and maintenance ( paint, cabinet doors sink had a slow drain. Etc) Smart tvs would be an improvement the cable service was ok just limited.Also with a full kitchenette available some kitchenware in room would have came in handy your limited to what you can prepare unless you bring or buy pots and pans and such items. With breakfast I went one of the five day we stayed and honestly besides three cereal options a croissant and toast there wasn't much of an offering. There was coffee and juice but that was really it . However with a few upgrades it would be great very nice eating area and lounge.

We are from Canada and went for vacation for 11 days. The hotel owner was very kind and generous. The room was clean, and we lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable. Every day, the beds were made, the trash was changed, and the towels were also replaced. The pool was enjoyable. 12 minutes from Margate City and the beach.

The fire alarm is fragile, and the rooms are more or less soundproofed. The breakfast could be more varied.

We would like to stay here again. It was clean and comfortable. The room was larger than most because of the kitchen. We have family in the area, but prefer to stay in our own room. This is a great value for the money. The proprietor is personable and welcoming.

There's really just one thing that was somewhat bothersome. There's a cleaning and/or air-freshener fragrance in the room that doesn't agree with me. My husband didn't like it either. I have a lot of allergies and am sensitive. This was not an allergic reaction, just an aversion for me. When you're in the room for a while, you stop noticing it. Like I said, I want to stay here again, and I wish they would use a fragrance-free cleaner or air freshener.

Close to AC, but the roads around are (hate to say it) NJ screwy. Use your GPS! The apartment motel is generously accommodating but as such just a little maintenance thirsty. Our room was large with few things to quibble about EXCEPT for the rugless expanse of floor being barefoot unfriendly. BUT the bathroom floor was clean, so props for that! Check in was inviting and courteous. The bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast is carbs and coffee. And we were back in AC in 10 minutes.

For the price and the courtesy, I can't really complain.

The location was great. Front desk personnel was polite and friendly. The pool and hot tub were awesome. There was a laundry room on sight. Many stores are nearby if you need something extra.

The breakfast selection was not to my liking. I'm not a cereal person .There was a full kitchen but no pots or dishes in the room. I was told that housekeeping needed to be informed if I wanted those things.

Free parking. The person at the front desk was very helpful. We were given free water when we arrived. The room was big. Made you feel like you were at home. Big refrigerator, a full size stove and dishwasher. Also a microwave. Eating at the table was nice. Soft sofa and the beds were comfortable. A few usb plugs available. We only stayed one night, but it was a great experience. Also not much noise and good location.

I didn't like the price, but after being in the room. It was worth it.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was clean and smelled clean. The staff was very polite. The pool and jacuzzi was wonderful. I will definitely stay again. Plenty of places to eat and shop in the area.

The only thing that needs to be upgraded is breakfast. There wasn't too much of a selection and everything ran out before 9am. Good thing there are plenty of restaurants close by.
