friendly and accommodating staff. very comfy beds, large rooms small kitchen space was a bonus! tub and shower with body jets.

no breakfast but no big deal,somethings were overlooked by housekeeping but at least they have housekeeping because most motels on rt 30 don’t anymore.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the tub! My room was super comfortable and outfitted with exactly what I needed to enjoy my stay. From a refrigerator to a work desk to an amazingly comfy bed, to digital thermostat controls, to the amazing tub, this place has everything that I appreciate about a space to get away for a few days.

The use of chemical cleaners with strong odor seems excessive. There are so many other nontoxic options that I'd greatly appreciate being implemented to protect everyone's health, including those who are sensitive to toxic cleaners.

It was a nice room. Rather "dated" but clean and comfortable.

Since there is NO Breakfast, the coffee in the room needs to be a better quality. I would rather have a small real coffee maker than the stuff that is in there. Also, prepacked danish or muffins could be provided for guest. Youare still paying for breakfast and not getting anything.

The employees were kind and accommodating. They were responsive to my needs coming through with flying colors .

The room wasn't dirty it showed it's age Was as though the room was worn out, had seen better days. Housekeeping can't do anything about that . Management should do some upgrades .

The amenities offered by the location, and the price we paid as offered on Booking.com is what enticed me. The room we had had its challenges. Our jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work. The day manager offered us another room, but we declined because we were already settled in. The light in our entry way wasn’t working. The day manager replaced the bulbs and checked the fuse box, but that didn’t seem to do the trick either because after replacing the bulbs it went out again. In spite of the above, I’d still go back. The staff was helpful and polite. I regret not accepting a different room when it was offered. It would have made the experience that much more enjoyable.

The only complaint I have in regards to cleanliness is that we had a jacuzzi room and when I turned the jets on, out came a bunch of tiny black hairs 🤢. I cleaned the tub and gave my kids another bath. Bagged breakfast was disappointing and the jacuzzi in the pool room was ice cold but overall we had a nice time and might be back!

The beds were SOOOO comfortable!! I got some of the best night sleep while staying here. I like how affordable it was and in the short time we booked it in (we booked our rooms the night before) I also liked how close we were to all the action, but not in the action. We were 20 mins away from the boardwalk, casinos and the shopping outlets. We booked the double queen suite which came with a whirlpool like the whirlpool jacuzzi. It was so relaxing. Once we did a thorough cleaning (for our sanity not bc it was dirty) it was the best thing about the booking. Also the room was really clean and the checkout it was 12p which is rare in checking out of hotels. The washer and dryer were free.

When we walked in the establishment, it had a weird smell but thank God it didn’t carry into our room. I booked a 5 person suite and only had 4 sets of towels. (For 4 ppl). We made it work with the towel changes every day so it wasn’t too big of a deal. I like to wash my clothes before i head back on the road, when to the wash room and saw that There’s only one washer and one dryer. Even though it was free, there was only one of each so if there were other people who were using it, we’d have to stalk it and wait or just not use it at all. Lastly, I didn’t like that was no phone in the room to call the front desk. I had to call the main number just to reach someone about an issue i had (which was minor)

The room was somewhat like I expected, it was spacious. I like that we had a seperate table and chair set to eat our meals and a desk and chair set to work on our laptop computers. The spa tub was excellent - and major bonus of course why we stayed there in the first place - the kitchenette was beautiful and refridgerator. It was near alot of food places, shopping, and gas stations.

The person at the front desk weren't that friendly - barely smiled or said hello, just asked for DRL and credit card. No explanation of limited services or no grab go breakfast or anything. Alot of the hotels just want to continue to charge you regular prices without all the bells and whistles that goes along with the prices - but are hiding behind COVID to do it. This hotel is the exact example of that - including his (front desk person) behavior. The rest of the staff (housecleaninig was great) I even left them a nice tip. Also, I was hoping it was closer to the beach and boardwalk - it seemed like a task going so we only went once.

I love that the staff is always super nice. I love the layout of the room and how comfortable the bed is (I like a soft bed). I love the medium sized fridge and the cabinet space and the desk and I love how cool the air conditioner gets! Lastly, I absolutely LOVE the whirlpool tub, is my favorite part of the room. It's always very clean and I love the location.

I wish the shower head had a little more pressure as my hair is thick and it's a little tough to get the conditioner out, but I make it work.

Room was bigger then expected. Decent bed with extra pillows. Bath was clean with plenty of towels with soap and shampoo. Could smell cleaning lady cleaning a room as I walked pass from the hall. ( the disinfectant)

Don't think heater was working. Furniture sofa, chair uncomfortable and dated. Stains on carpet. Big step to get into shower.
