fine location, fine room, fine bed, excellent contact before and during my stay (to each question an instant and clear reply), all well appreciated.

Amazing hotel and staff were all very helpful. The cafe was great for a quick breakfast and very reasonably priced. Rooms were large and very modern

Cost of breakfast in main restaurant was very expensive and not justified when comparing similar prices in area. Drinks in the bar were also too expensive for us to use which is a shame as the bar was great and we used it as a last drink before bed. It was $17 for a large wine and then tax of 18% added so quite expensive. That said, we knew all this and it did not affect our stay and we would return here…beautiful

Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel was a joy to visit and the flowers were exceptional.

Picking up for Room Service was fine but not the best experience eating Dining Room food from a cardboard box and using plastic knives and forks. I would have expected a porcelain plate and metal cutlery.

Really nice place, just that little bit of a cut above your Marriotts of this world. The staff were very pleasant indeed, relaxed, friendly, and seem to like the service-included model where you don't tip but the service charge is shared among them monthly. The room was very nice, the carpet was lightish in color and clean which is kind of rare these days, had some nice little extras, really good. Clever little shelf outside every room to rest coffee etc when searching for your key. The gym was the best hotel gym I've seen and had fitness classes. I attended a 7 am bootcamp that was perfect. The pool is lovely. I only used the go-to coffee area but they had good take away BF options. I only used the bar for drinks but very nice. They have the most beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby every day, gorgeous. The location is perfect for the conference centre, restos etc. I will defo stay there again, if in Boston.

Located just across the street from the ferry from P-town and close to the airport. The room was clean. Harborside Legal Seafood was just two blocks away. The food at the hotel was fresh and plentiful. The "Simple Salad" was the best thing on the menu. I also liked the Ion machine in the spa. (When it worked.)

The mattress was just way too soft. Further, shower gel doesn't clean my skin, it only makes it feel greasier. Put some proper bath soap in the rooms. I also didn't like the fact that the bathroom in the exercise room was not accessible until 6 or 7 AM. (I don't like needing permission from someone to go to the bathroom.)

It was great that there were vegan options for breakfast since we were traveling with a vegan. We were 4 ladies, 15, 18, 44 and 45 years old; we felt very safe in the hotel and the parking garage. It was very clean.

We didn't know that you have to push the service button to light up a signal outside of the room if you want room service. At one point we got back to the room in the evening and we had no more towels. It was quickly taken care of when I asked the desk for towels and they showed up within minutes with them and also took away a pile of dirty towels. Also, my friend brought us back to the hotel and parked in the garage for 30 minutes so we could get ready to go out with them and paid $14 for parking; I asked for her parking ticket to be validated but was told no, she would have to pay the daily rate for parking. I was embarrassed and insisted on paying for it myself.

The staff at Seaport were very friendly and helpful. I was trying to organise a surprise and they were more than happy to help me out, offer suggestions and do what they could to make it a success which I really appreciated! We felt very comfortable in the hotel and relaxed :) The location was also great for us! We were able to walk most places within 30mins but if we needed to get transport, the bus stop was right outside and connected us to all the main metro lines. In addition the waterfront walk outside the hotel was gorgeous! We loved the gym and pool and the room was super comfy, would love to stay again!

we loved the location of this property! the seaport is a really nice area with lots of great bars and restaurants and we could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to get to in the city. compared to other hotel options in Boston the seaport hotel was really good value and the staff were great. we checked in on my husbands birthday and we’re given a free drinks voucher (the hotel bar was good too!) and there was also free water in the rooms each day. the gym facilities were large and varied, we loved the peloton bikes. would 100% stay again.

I liked the size of the bedroom and bathroom. I was very impressed with the staff who I found to be helpful, friendly and efficient. I also likened that I did not have to keep tipping the staff and I was told that tips were not necessary during check in.

Would have been nice to have the coffee shop open with snacks throughout the day. More Choice of restaurant/bar although the restaurant/ bar was quite nice. It’s not that I don’t like the above more it would be a nice addition
