Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Charles Northeast

Great location right off 10..parking lot very well lit..room was clean and comfortable..staff was very nice..great Mexican restaurant directly across the street (but be very careful crossing the street)

Not sure what was going on but very very early on a Sunday morning, it sounded like the floor in the room above me was being replaced...this wasn't the sound of someone getting up and walking around..much much worse..not on a Sunday morning!

The facilities were great, the location, the staff, the cleanliness AND the bed! We were able to get a first floor room due to a recent foot surgery. Thank you for accommodating us in that regard!

The coffee was HORRIBLE!!! It appeared that the staff is cutting the bags of coffee/filters in order to get more servings. There was soooo much coffee grounds in the coffee cup AND the taste was horrible.

The room was clean for the most part. It was obvious that the floor wasn't mopped. I have pictures of my daughter's feet after only being there 30 minutes. Other than that, it was nice. Easy to park, the 2 ladies that worked there were amazing! The wifi was kind of spotty at times, but we were still able to watch our tablets.

I liked being able to check in late, and being able to add a day to our stay at the last minute and still be able to keep our room. My family was traveling to town for my father's funeral, and I was able to recommend Super 8 and they had rooms available for everyone that wanted one. I was very happy to have so many family members under the same roof. I liked being able to park close to my room.

Having to check in outside of the lobby - due to remodeling/hurricane repairs. I wish there were elevators in addition to stairs.

Woke up late - out till AM - missed breakfast if served

very well lit. pretty clean room. shower had good pressure and hot water. plenty of towels. fridge and microwave in room. beds were pretty comfortable for the price of hotel.

Outside needed painted, spruced up. Housekeeper did good job cleaning, but took towels, but on several occasions didn’t leave clean ones. No free breakfast as advertised. Soft drink machine didn’t work, no ice machine. Front desk attendant not present few times and left note on window with phone number to call if needed. No breakfast and breakfast area full of housekeeping supplies, etc Hotel room door hard to close.

Everything was nice and neat and the front desk staff was nice and curious especially Ms favor

the beds were very comfortable not the pillows so much

the housekeeper at 9 am came in on New Year’s Day to see if we were gone when we had until 11 to check out.
