The bathroom was not clean enough. I’m not sure if the room had just been sitting but the toilet had a ring in it and the shower was dirty. Luckily for me since Covid I travel with my personal cleaning products. The television channels are limited immensely and there should be more of a selection for the breakfast but the customer care was so nice it really made any major issues with the property seem minut.

Staff was very nice and breakfast area was great! I loved they provided coffee in the lobby all day long. Also had a security guard walking the groumds 24/7, although the area didnt seem to be a bad area. Nice location, as we evacuated due to Ida, around target walmart sams. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Only downfall about these rooms maybe would be the bath/shower could be re-done, it was a little outdated and shower head didnt put out much water.

The location is convenient as we went to the casinos The pricing was also good basically half of Golden Nugget or Lauberge amd just 5 minutes away
The pillows were very very flat which made our night a bit uncomfortable and the customer service was slow we had to wait for a couple of minutes just to get checked out
