I was disappointed with the breakfast because when I booked the room (and a big reason why) I was told you still had those cinnamon rolls. When we registered, I was told you are not doing those during COVID. Of course I understood, BUT I made the reservation during COVID, I do wish I would have been told then. The breakfast was less than good. However, everything else was very good and I know "I can't have everything."
We especially liked the advice for dinner we got from both men at the desk. We also liked the maids willingness to give us towels etc.

The room was huge! Perfect for my family of 6! Breakfast was wonderful. And the king size bed was amazing! Very comfortable not like other hard mattresses at most hotels. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Holiday Inn Express is definitely our new favorite!
The only thing we needed was dirty laundry bag. There wasn't any in the room.

Large bathroom with roll-in shower and bench in Shower.
Narrow hallway made it difficult to get my mobility scooter in the room. Also room was smaller than it appeared in online photos which left very little room for parking scooter.  Also, the chair in the room was not very comfortable. I have to sleep sitting up. The chair sucked you in, even when sitting on a pillow. It would have been nice to have a recliner.

The room was great! Very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, many options. Staff was very friendly.
Nothing negative to say about our experience really. My kids wished the pool had been a little warmer, but that's the worst of it. Could have had a little better lighting, but again, not something that would prevent me from staying again.

Breakfast was excellent. We were concerned when we arrived and there was a lot of construction in the hall where we were located. However, they finished at a reasonable hour and didn’t come in until we were ready to leave the next morning. Are our room is very clean and nice.

Clean rooms. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Pool was great. The air conditioner would freeze you out if you wanted it to, which was a necessity for this time of year. Plenty of pillows on the beds and it was very comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water.
The tub did not want to drain after showering was the only thing wrong, but honestly, if that is the worst thing that happens, a person really can’t complain.

I was told that your place is pet friendly, I have a Therapy dog,and was questioned. I did call in advance and was told yes my dog can stay..I should not have been made to feel bad at front desk...washer broken ,can do wash on 3rd floor pool water to cold
