it is conveniently located and easy to find. the staff is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The very best thing of my entire stay were the bed pillows! As a matter of fact I just ordered one of the down pillows for myself. The pillows alone made my stay perfect!

My refrigerator didn’t work but I didn’t contact the staff as I really didn’t need it. A microwave oven would have made the stay more pleasant; I think you need to strive to have them installed in all the rooms.

Night staff was absolutely amazing. Decided to ride up from Richmond, which is only about 30 minutes away, and stay the night in Lexington with my girlfriends after a night of fun and dancing. The front desk associate was very knowledgeable of things to do in the area and we had a blast! Room was very comfortable and well worth the rate I paid. Plenty of room for the 3 of us in a king room with a pull out sofa. Even has a separate little sitting area. Nice clean spacious bathroom. We will be back for sure!!

There were some snacks stuck down in the pull out sofa, like popcorn and sunflower seeds. Easy area to miss no biggie. The rest of the room was nice and clean.

The staff person when we checked in was great. The room was nice, and breakfast was pretty good.

In the morning, we had to wait and call for assistance - no one (staff and/or manager) really paid attention to the front desk. It was a bit ridiculous to be charged for parking. This is a deal breaker on returning, just on principle.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly.

Handicap parking was at a minimum. They allowed us to park up front. There was no lotion in the bathroom. Had to go purchase

Most impressed with the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Was happy with the quality of the room for the price.

The only improvement I can think of was the water we were provided at check in was not cold and it was a HOT afternoon. No worries. We put it in the room fridge.

Workers where great and bed were comfortable no bugs pretty clean love it will be back it is also pet friendly has nice pool and spa big selection on TV will bring you extra stuff for your room quick so very nice treated us like family

It couldn't get no better we liked everything

The room was spacious and the beds were SUPER comfortable.

I did not like having to pay a 'refundable' extra $20 or $25 for incidentals I may use. Staff should be able to handle that at time of check-out. I also did not like the option of an touchless/online check-in. After a long drive, especially if it's late at night, I like to speak to a person when I check-in.

The hot tub was excellent! Breakfast was amazing. They had different options then most places and since this was the last hotel on our 9 day vacation it was a wonderful change. They offered soy milk and being allergic to dairy was pleasant.

There was alot of other hotels really close it it. It seemed buried but wasn't hard to find.

l liked the location, close to where we were going and right next to restaurants.

didn’t seem that anyone was restocking the breakfast area, my son got an apple because that was all that was left an hour before breakfast was to end

Quiet and clean. Easy access from the highway. Friendly staff.

I think I would have enjoyed sitting outside but it was by the pool area and the door was opened. It was too noisy to want to sit there
