Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington East/I-75

We spent 32 days on an extended driving vacation and on the last night found an exceptional hotel with a great value. Nice reception. Ground floor room with walk-in shower was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

Nothing to write up.

The front desk lady was fantastic She gave us honest information with a constant smile. We did not use the breakfast option as we had previously decided to eat in a restaurant Our room was quite comfortable and clean. We were a group of 6 older folks in town to golf at KYs fun and challenging courses. This location was the center for those courses.

information on how to use the TV would have been nice.

Beautiful room and gorgeous bath and shower. Very new and clean. We had a good experience with the staff. We noticed upon arrival that our toilet was not flushing good. Within 10 minutes of our call to the front desk there was a staff person at our door and fixed the problem immediately. Great service!!!

Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, we made coffee in the room. We could have used a couple more packets of coffee. Not a big deal, but just thought I'd mention it.

Amazing staff. Shaqil and Sofia were amazing and so helpful. Give them a bonus or raise!

1) The Wifi system is very poorly conceived. Why have two levels? Why not just give fast internet to everyone? Plus the "Enhanced Wifi" log in wouldn't even work. Really dumb. 2) This hotel's HVAC system needs work. It is very loud and cold air was being pumped into the room above the door. I had to turn on the heater! Frustrating for a hotel of this stature.

The room was super nice. Very spacious and very clean. The tv was wonderful with a huge selection of channels to watch. We skipped breakfast so I can't comment on that but everything exceeded our expectations. The room was pricey but every hotel is that way right now, even the motels. We would definitely stay here again.

being overcharged on my card. they charged me twice and I had to wait a couple days for the one charge to come off only to find that they did it again. still waiting for that charge to come off my card as I write this. strange.

Loved this hotel! It was very spacious, clean, good location, and had awesome extras. The TV had the option of streaming movies that are on Netflix, Hulu, etc (for free), the gym was open 24/7, and the shower was amazing

Honestly I have nothing negative to say

The breakfast was fine. Just what we expected due to Covid restrictions. A good way to start our day.The hotel was clean and not too busy.

There is nothing you could do about this because of the location...it was very handy to have it close to the expressway we were traveling on, but the noise from the traffic was fairly loud all night. Maybe staying on the other side of the hotel might have helped.

Cant comment on breakfast since no hot breakfast was being served nor any breakfast bags offered. Great location for travel and very clean.

Was no coffee creamer other than a sweetened version and no breakfast bags offered to us as we left in the morning. Coffee and accessories for coffee drinkers should be a priority since a hot breakfast is not available nor any breakfast bag offered.

The breakfast was OK. The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and scrupulously clean. I've stayed in bigger, fancier hotels that weren't this clean. Top notch!
