Hyatt Regency Lexington

location close to night life, water was HOT just they way I like it, many pillows on each bed with multiple firmness selections, indoor pool was great to use,

Breakfast wasn't included, shuttle service lost my gift bag I left on from the airport, room had a few items left from last guest, valet parking area had dirt and cigarette butts in corners of building. Clerks could not make a reservation for me, I had to make it online myself, when I did it was through a third party that charged me more and not the room I wanted.

I've stayed here several times while visiting my daughter. Very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. They have a restaurant that serves decent enough dinner for someone who doesn't want to test the waters elsewhere, or who simply wants to stay on site. And, yes, they have a bar too, so all is good (for those interested in such things, and who prefer to remain close by...). They're a bit pricey compared to some others, but I stay here because they're clean, comfortable, and they have all that I need if I don't feel like exploring the neighborhood... Fine for me.

Nothing really..... Worth a few bucks more....

it was so close to rupp arena

I fell and hurt myself in the shower due to a handle not being properly screwed in and when I told the front desk, there seemed to be no concern. I didn’t feel too bad right after but a couple hours later, my shoulder hurt, I had bruised my leg and the only thing they did was have someone come screw it back on. for the price I paid, I just feel that maybe even checking to see I was ok would have sufficed.

Staff was friendly, check-in was easy and quick, and the hotel was clean and inviting. I loved the fireplace area in the front lobby, and the valet service was awesome. I loved the view of Triangle Park and downtown Lexington. also liked being able to walk to places downtown to eat and shop. I grew up here but had never stayed in the Hyatt until now.

The shower drained slowly but that was probably just the type of shower or hotel thing. It was clean.

Location of the hotel was fantastic! Lots to do very close to the hotel. And we were able to use Lyft to get to the wedding venue and back for less than $15 total for both trips (plus tips!) Amenities offered by the hotel were also very good and the staff was AMAZING! The valet staff and desk clerks were super helpful and polite.

Almost no complaints! Only one that we had was the comfort of the king size bed. It was a little too firm for our tastes. But other than that, the room was amazing so it was FAR from a deal breaker for a return trip from us.

It was really clean and really comfortable. And it's super convenient that it's right there by the Rupp Arena! Especially after a late night wrestling show! And the restaurant downstairs was really good! Thank you so much!

It was expensive but still worth it. Also the rooms needed a smart TV and a better fridge. But everything else was great!

The rooms are so nice and the pool was nice, too. We loved being able to come out onto the patio from the pool and you was right in the middle of downtown. It was great and I plan on staying there when my fiancé and I come to the UK/Vanderbilt football game in November. Also, the bartender was so friendly and down to earth.

We stayed at the Hyatt because we had tickets to see Alan Jackson at the Rupp Arena. The hotel was a little pricey but well worth to stay so close to the venue.

I was traveling with my kids and asked for adjoining rooms or rooms close to each other. Although they sent me an email saying they could accommodate this request, when we got their they had actually put on on separate floors.

Parking was free and easy. Right across the street from hotel. Right next door to Rupp and you didn’t have to go outside if you didn’t want to because they were connected

Room was noisy. Could really hear traffic from street. Also bathroom area was tight. Door had to be closed to get to tub and practically hit toilet when opened

I was attending the Jo Koy show at Rupp so the location couldn't be better. I was able to check in an hour early and the staff was lovely. The room had a fantastic view of campus and everything was crisp and clean. It was within walking distance of dozens of bars and restaurants.

I have no complaints or suggestions from this visit. Could not have gone smoother.
