I actually loved how modern the interior was. One of the reasons why we booked from out of state

It didn't seem like the bar was open. I also didn't like the front set up. It felt like i was in the middle of the road when unloading, but there's nothing that can be done about it. Overall, it was a great experience

Breakfast was too late, we had to leave early and didn’t get to use it. Hotel is obviously older but room was clean and neat, suited our purpose. Ice machine on our floor was broken, but the next floor wasn’t so that worked out. Staff was super friendly. Overall very nice stay.

If breakfast started earlier that would have been nice. Locks on door were a little tricky to work with. Open storage doors next to ice machines were sketchy and dangerous looking. Light broken in ice machine room.

Good appearance, mostly clean. Comfortable bed, nice room and bathroom. Well located (for my needs).

After driving 18 hours and arriving dead tired at 3:00 am, the last thing I needed was attitude from the reception clerk, and I got plenty of it for arriving later than anticipated. Also, some previous guest was a smoker and the pillows I got still has the stench of cigarrette smoke.

1-10 clean comfortable felt safe all staff polite .. I hate your reservation system when I book stepping in that hotel somebody should be on the same page.. I visit often the head person is well aware of business not being up front explaining every charge to the penny is a problem coming.. yes this is one of the best hotels of comfort and cleanliness I have stay in only rooms that I visited.. I been in larger beautiful that wasn't this clean

Location was great for my needs and staff willingly found me another room when I got ants in my first room.

Very difficult to find someone at the office where you check in. No one was accessible for help most of the time. I had to call to get anything done. Services were not explained such as getting clean towels, emptying trash cans, etc. The person who answered phone said she would bring clean towels and failed to do so. I had to find someone in the halls to get me towels. He did so willingly and quickly. . No maid service provided and I stayed two weeks.

I've stayed at this location a few times. It's cozy, neat, clean

There were a couple of black spots in the ceiling that need to be inspected in the room I was in. It may be the start of mold

The shiny walls and cleanliness impressed us from the beginning and the hotel kept impressing is the entire time, lovely staff, very clean, above average continental breakfast would stay again!

It was clean.

The door was difficult to open. The sensors didn’t work well. It took a few minutes to enter the room every time we came back. I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included and parking cost extra.

Staff was so helpful and kind. It was very clean and well maintained. I'm a picky traveler and we will be going back. Very satisfied. 15 minutes from top golf and 15 minutes from dave and busters. Highly satisfied.

Location and cleanliness

They charge for parking but don’t tell you…they offer parking passes never once said its $9 a day…when I got the charge I called and the lady on the phone said that’s why you should read the fine print…$27 dollars to park where you stay
