Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis Northeast

The pool was nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The area was also nice with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

The only complaint I have was it was a non smoking hotel and the smell of marijuana permeated throughout the property. As soon as we got on the elevator my son asked what that smell was. That being said we still enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

We unfortunately did not get to try the breakfast which we very much wanted to do. We normally don't eat breakfast until around 11 am. Maybe the availability could be extended. After all I did pay a large amount of money for the night, and to miss out on my favorite meal of the day is just disappointing. But that is really the only inconvenience we experienced. We picked this room for the jacuzzi in room!!!! Due to general wear and tear on our body's from working it was a much needed overdue therapeutic session!!!!!!! The huge bed was a plus as well Deluxe King.

That we missed out on breakfast that technically I paid for. And realistically there really should be some items offered 24 hours a day. It was genius for McDonald's to start serving a few breakfast items during all their hours of operation, and I say genius because the way the world is nowadays with so many different types of jobs and different shifts that the "norm" has changed and breakfast isn't a set time anymore. I can't wait for other restaurants to adopt this concept then hopefully many other follow.

The room was surprisingly quiet despite the occasional running and yelling in the hallway. The bed was super comfortable. The sitting area in the room was awesome. It was super nice to swim in the pool even if it was rowdy. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is right next to Walmart and McDonald's which was great.

There wasn't a lot of oversight for the pool and it got really rowdy. The staff member on duty did come in and tell the rambunctious teens to keep it down, which stopped their screaming for the most part but I would guess that when the pool is open, there is always some amount of loud playing

The only slight downside was I had to ask for toilet paper. But to me that's not a big deal.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and didn't smell. I had my own room away from my friends and I was worried about safety as it looked like I was a solo traveler. To me I've never felt safe at a hotel than I did at the Baymont. The pool was open but I didn't bring my swimming suit.

The spa tub was awesome and the bed was comfortable

I don't like the fact that instead of giving me the price for the room on the app they made me go through their app to book the room even though I was already there then they charged me $40 more

the staff was amazing! Danyelle was very nice and professional, Katie the manager took care of all of our needs. the room was clean and comfortable.

was expecting a hot breakfast but I understand why they had a grab and go, not really that big of an issue

The fact that the internet had went down moments before we got there. And the staff was kind enough to trust me in the room until the internet came back up.

The location was very convenient for our family reunion. Most of our family members were conveniently situated on the same floor of the hotel. And that was a huge benefit for the caring of our senior and elderly family members.

Everything appeared clean and well kept up with, definitely thankful for that! Beds were comfortable as well

We were under impression to expect some type of breakfast available in lobby but nothing available. Coffee maker in room didn't function properly.

The price was good. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

We stayed 2 days and they didn't clean our room or empty trash or give us clean towels for the second day.
