location was great, breakfast was excellent, rooms were nice

the pool area was not family friendly. Both nights there, the hot tub area was overtaken by a group of younger people openly smoking, drinking, swearing while my small kids just wanted to swim. the bad part is I don’t think these people were actually staying at the hotel. the first morning there, we found a lighter, dirty towels, empty beer cans, and 2 empty beer cases at the pool. also several people were sitting on their balconies smoking weed at 730 in the morning. So my 9 & 5 year old of course wanted to know what that smell was. also seemed like breakfast was being eaten by people just walking into the hotel from wherever. We liked the place but needs a little more security.

Everything was well maintained. The evening reception was a surprise bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There were several families with a large number of children who were not well supervised by parents. They didn’t supervise their young children by the pool and many peed in the hot tub. (Strong urine smell). We mentioned it to staff and it was closed and wasn’t able to be cleaned until the morning we left. I don’t know how staff could handle this problem unless staff checked the pool area frequently and made unsupervised children’s families leave the pool and hot tub.

From the moment we walked in, everything was friendly and welcoming. We had a bit of a wait at the front desk but when the girl came back she apologized and was very proficient. The people that were doing the wine bar and the breakfast bar were incredible! The breakfast was a full hot breakfast with everything anyone could expect and beyond. I have an exceedingly bad back and the beds were comfortable everything was nicely appointed in the room and clean

I didn't like the guy that cut in front of me at the front desk and made racial slurs behind everyone's backs. Apparently he's a regular and is just an absolute jerk. Everyone that worked at the hotel was exceedingly welcoming and gracious

The room was a good size. A small table besides the desk would have been nice. The manager held a happy hour from 6-8pm every night. Something for all ages. It was a pleasant surprise and a good way to meet people. Breakfast also had something for everyone, I would have like some bacon! The staff was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of chain restaurants within walking distance and the 10% discount was nice.

The bath room could use a little TLC. There was only one elevator and our room was at the opposite end of the elevator. Price could have been better but I understand Valdosta is a college and military city which bring s up the price.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff was AMAZING! The hotel was super clean! The breakfast was hot, delicious and top of the line. Every evening from 6-8pm they had free wine and beer, cookies, salsa and chips and individual ice cream cups. The pool, courtyard and hot tub was exceptional! If we are ever in this area again this will be the only hotel we stay at!! Oh and the maintenance was great.

We booked this location due vacationing at Wild Adventures. The location was perfect. We were 12 minutes away from the theme park.. 2 minutes or less away from about 15-20 restaurants.. they have complimentary washing and drying or clothes, happy hour from 6p-8p beer and wine for the adults and cookies and icecream for everyone. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool.. The breakfast was great, hot foods, including grits eggs bacon sausage biscuits and gravy and waffles along with cereal and fruits. I stayed 3 nights and all 3 nights were comfortable.

From the time I arrived everything was just about perfect. The young lady at the front desk that checked me in was exceptional! They had happy hour with wine, beer and treats. The young lady serving during happy hour was also exceptional! My 2 year old gave her the thumbs up 👍🏼 The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The suite was large enough to accommodate all of us without feeling cramped. I traveled with my husband, 14 year old and 2 year old. Location is excellent! We were close to everything from restaurants, the mall and stores!!!

I made a reservation for my son and used my credit card to reserve the room. I called back a few days later to assure & confirm that the charges would be applied to my card. I was assured that the charges would be on my card. When he checked in, he was asked if he wanted to keep the charges on the same card. Why was that question even necessary considering my effort to cover the cost? Since he didn't have the original card, he paid for the room himself. Not what I tried to make happen.

This was a stop on our way home from FL. Just off highway, reasonably priced, we asked for adjoining rooms and got them, comfy beds, clean rooms but outdated. It was a quick stay, late check-in after 10 pm without any issues and out early the next morning. Breakfast was awesome! And being on Thanksgiving morning with a full day of travel ahead it was greatly appreciated. Even though going through construction upgrades it was still clean. Would come back.

The floors were clean. The tv worked! The bathroom had a separate toilet and shower area. Also the bathroom had real tile on walls and floor. There was a bar area with sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The thing that absolutely stood out though was the welcome when I arrived. I was told that there were complimentary refreshments that (Thursday) night including wine and beer. Even though I did not drink any, it was just a very nice gesture and I felt very much welcomed by that. I enjoyed cookies and ice cream! The breakfast was well presented also. Hostesses were serving foods from behind a sectioned off area which made me feel that COVID precautions are taken seriously. Guests could still use the toaster and help themselves to coffee and a few other items like cereal and packaged foods. It was a refreshing stay and puts
