Baymont by Wyndham Valdosta at Valdosta Mall

The bed was very comfortable. The location was good. Close to restaurants.

It's in need of a spruce up and new furniture. The cleanliness wasn't the best. I had to use both couch cushions because the seat was so low and there were food crumbs on the couch. The worst thing was that it wasn't busy at all, and they put someone right next to me. The room was one that had a connecting door so I could hear everything the other occupants were saying. There was no reason for them to put them in that room. It wasn't like it was packed!!

Location was great, and it was peaceful. We played in the pool for 2 days and no other guest were swimming. The mall was only a walk across the parking lot. The maintenance man was very friendly and polite. We will definitely be back again.

I really liked the front desk lady. I really wish i could remember her name. She was so sweet. An yhe front desk area was very clean. An we really like the fact its 15 min from wild adventures. An right beside the mall.beds, bathroom tub an sink was really cleaned well.

We really was satisfied with the stay! ...But right away when i walked in i notice the floor wasnt sweeped very well..you could see it clear as day.

The receptionist was awesome honestly. I don’t remember his name but he was great! I came there after a horrible Airbnb experience and i literally booked at 11 at night. He checked me in, smiled, gave me advice on the area and i even saw him walking the property, which is important

Everything was excellentt. And the location was pefect and convient to everything I need to travel to. We was visting our grandson and the parks locatef close to the hotel was perfect for our outings.

Everything was great. Hope to see u soon again. Probably in the summer whwn it is much warmer. It was close to eating spots and I-75 exits. Thaan u so much for excellent service. and excellent customer service.

The beds were comfortable. We stayed on NYE and it was expecting to hear noises from the other rooms, but it was a quiet place to stay. The morning front desk clerk was very friendly. The breakfast was good with waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, and coffee.

It looks like the management is working now updating the rooms. I didn't mind the mix of furniture, but picker guests might.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciate that breakfast was available for us to enjoy. We arrived early and were able to check in a little earlier that anticipated, which was great.

At breakfast, the waffle maker was not "user friendly", it looked like it had old caked on batter and needed to be properly cleaned. I wanted a waffle but the waffle maker was not appealing to the eye so I did not trust it.

The staff was very nice and attentive, Jennifer was great and very helpful. Ashly I think was her name was helpful also, They both me reserve rooms with no problems. I really liked the atmosphere, and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast. One waffle maker for a hotel of many is a no bueno. The location of the hotel is great to walk to restaurants to get breakfast. Krystal was good and the price was reasonable.

The location of course was the best part of my stay . It was right off of the main exit close to plenty great dining spots,the mall and near Valdosta State University campus. The room was very clean and comfortable staff was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that’s visiting Valdosta and looking for a clean ,affordable place to rest without breaking the bank. This is your spot !!!

What didn’t like was it was not enough parking spaces available when I arrived. Had to drive around parking lot at least 6 times before a spot came available.

Everything else was PERFECT CLEAN QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL...STAFF WAS KIND AND PLEASANT ITS JUST IF THEY LOOK DAD OR MAD YOU CANNOT TELL BUT I FEEL BAD THEY FEEL SAD OR MAD OR BAD AND MY PEACE OF MIND TAKES LONGER TOO GET BACK MY SANITY OF MY WEIRD BIO MOM AND HER SELFISH HUSBnd

Just wish the staff their would smile because my reason too crash at a place is lots of stress from my normal life and getting away is my healthy way too go back and deal with my reality of trying too finish school too pay for school too stay strong healthy for work too pay for school.... ...
