KINGS INN

Kings Inn was a total pleasant surprise! I read the reviews before booking our room, nothing negative. The reviews lived up to their claims; in fact the place was better than the photos depicted. It was newly renovated, inside and out, new mattresses, TV, microwaves, and even the wood floors were new! The beds were really comfortable! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the place was very CLEAN!!! The breakfast offering is still in progress. Coffee and tea are available in each room, along with a microwave, refrigerator and TV. The inn is very close to restaurants, both fast food and sit down; just take your pick. We called ahead to request an earlier check-in and to be accommodated for mobility issues. The owner graciously met our needs. We chose Kings Inn because we were in town for a wedding at Flat Bottom Creek Ranch, 15 miles away. You can't beat the price at Kings Inn for CLEANLINESS, COMFORT, BETTER THAN AVERAGE ACCOMMODATIONS, AND GREAT STAFF!

We liked everything about it and we think others will. We were the only out of town guests at the wedding that stayed there; others asked us how we found the place. I really had to hunt to find this place. They need to advertise more because it's a hidden gem in that part of Georgia.

I like the convenience of the location it's smack in the middle of everything.

My room was clean as far as stuff goes... The floor was not I think it was swept but not mopped. I realized it by how dirty my feet were. Yuk. It is my second time there, I know it's not the the Hilton so I don't expect that. It works for me. Not enough outlets!!

This was my second time staying here after a really bad experience from another motel close to here. My very first time arriving here the staff was extremely nice and accommodating to whatever needs we had. The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping places. I really enjoyed my stay both times and have made this my go to spot whenever I'm in town and need a room. I would recommend....

The pool needs to be cleaned out with a net which I would’ve done to help out if it would’ve took the price down on my room

There was no breakfast. Workers friendly and nice. Our home was destroyed by a storm. We stayed a week. They were kind and I'm so glad Kings Inn is there.

Broken towel rack in 105. Not many outlets for our electric devices.

the staff was very friendly and super helpful … I arrived so tired and they checked me in promptly so I could get some rest! the room was wonderful very nice and comfy, I absolutely loved the pillows they were so soft I am definitely coming back soon!!

It is not luxurious but for a basic motel unit it is fabulous. The BEST shower, very comfortable bed and washing machine and drier on the property. We thought it was great. Thanks !!

Easy enough to find. We arrived later than expected 1230 a.m had no problems checking in. Bed was extra comfortable. Easy check out too

Room was clean. Dude at front desk, who also does the cleaning, was warm and welcoming. I imagine he's the owner, but I didn't ask. We do a lot of traveling, and I was pleasantly surprised by this motel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this motel because it was pet friendly, had no issues checking in our dog. The room was clean, comfortable and looked newly updated, very nice.
