Comfort Inn & Suites Dalton

Front Desk clerk that wirk the night shift was super nice. I was staying the weekend because my son graduated from Dalton State. We had family that attended and was needing extra space for the pizza party and the gathering after the graduation. She was so nice to allow us to gather in the dining area which is closed in the evenings and only opens for breakfast from 5am to 9am. The overall experience is great. This was our second time staying in this facility. Yes I will stay again.

The let out sofa was not comfortable at all. Decided to put sheets on the sofa because my back was really hurting.

The room and hotel itself was decently clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and breakfast had a decent variety and was pretty good.

Room could've used some deeper cleaning but it was passable....found a beer bottle cap under the edge of the bed. Pool could've definitely used some TLC. Pool was in good condition itself but even with nobody in it it was cloudy and could've been a lot warmer for a "heated" pool. It's nice that it's inside but doesn't get any sun to heat it up.

The fact that dogs aren't allowed, will have me and my family coming back to this place repeatedly. The separate bedroom and livingroom by a door gets an A+.

Bedroom door didn't lock. The 2 dead roaches in the bathroom was better than the 1 live roach I saw in the bedroom. The loose toilet seat and the breakfast choices was the same everyday; waffles, eggs, sausage, danishes, oatmeal, bananas, rasins.... Sofa bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE I had to buy somethings to enhance it. Cleaniness apart from the roach/dead roaches was HIGH [A-] 96.

The customer service was on point. Very accommodating, courteous and friendly. The room was larger than expected, very clean, accommodating, and welcoming. We would defiantly refer this Hotel to our friends and family.

The breakfast was not quite what I expected. Due to Covid still lingering, it was very limited. Not a problem, in less than 5 minutes time you can be at several eating establishments that serves a great breakfast. From drive thru to set down.

trying to get ahold of the front desk to let them know we were going to be a check-in. Finally after dialing the number 9 different times, a very seemed to be disgruntled female whom was upset with everything! I was not happy when we arrived, but the gentleman working when we got there made it a great experience!

great location

the bathrooms kinda suck. the tub showers are kinda tight and there’s nowhere to set anything down but the floor. I do not like it being separate from the vanity area. it’s not functional.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. Parking was easy.

The short amount of time I had to stay. The staff made it difficult thinking I wanted a refund. I had to go back to the hotel because I had to drop someone off to check out because the staff thought "thought" I wanted a refund.

Breakfast was good. Located in a nice tree setting on a dead end street and within walking distance from the Red Lobster where we received 10% off for staying at the hotel.

Rooms were clean but had a slight mildew smell, not a lot of bathroom counter top space but with the online price was well worth the money.
