Best Western Commerce Inn

The staff was so friendly, the room was clean. They did have the pool closed. They said it was closed for the season, but it's summer? Maybe it was because they were in the process of renovations. Breakfast was simple but enough for us. All in all, a really good and comfortable stay. This is the second time I've personally stayed here, and I've stayed at several other places in Commerce, but this one is definitely the one I'll be sticking with when I visit.

Our room window was facing the LaQuinta, and the lights from that hotel were so bright at night that we had to clip the curtains closed because even just a small opening was kind of annoying to try to sleep through. I know it's not anyone's fault, but it was a slight inconvenience.

Location was great, tucked away from the main road, but close to everything I needed. Set up of rooms was good with adequate parking and access from all sides. The staff at the front desk was exceptional and helpful (especially Naomi!)

It seems the piping or water system in the building is quite old and the pipes rattled throughout the night (most likely any time someone flushed a toilet or ran water). It always sounded like someone knocking on the door, so it was even worse in the early morning hours, making me think it was the staff wanting to clean the room (but it wasn't). There were also exposed pipes in the bathroom under the sink that were leaking. Not terrible, merely disappointing. Not the kind of issues you want to deal with when you need a good night's sleep.

I like the king room it was very spacious, the rooms look nice and the pillows were so comfortable 😌 i could sleep all day.the lady that was cooking the breakfast was very nice and polite, very welcoming, breakfast was good too

The soda machine did give change back or accepted cards only quarters and it's hard for me to carry any change. But they did have breakfast

It was a nice location. No problem getting in or out. 

The only problem I had with the property was in the elevator. Every time I go to get out of the elevator with shut on me an and it knocked a big hole in my right elbow.

Location is great! It's within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Hotel is decent for the money but don't come here looking for a luxury hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with a large assortment of food. Overall, we had a nice stay and would book again.

There were some bugs in the room but we did leave food out so that's partially our fault.

Everyone was very nice, our room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfy! Not to mention they have a full breakfast, where most in that area only have prepackaged muffins or danishes and juice!

I have no dislikes or complaints about this property! Great management shows at this property!

No problems finding it and accessing it. The breakfast was fine.

The bathroom was not up to par. We reserved a handicap room and the shower floor was slippery with no bath mat provided. It had 2 benches in it, one with a broken leg. And there was not a bag provided for dirty clothes.

Overall the property was good…need a few things updated but clean.

Building needs a fresh paint job. Inside flooring and decor needs updating. Rooms also needs update furniture. Room 207 needs new sofa bed. That one is old and mattress you can feel the springs.

We have stayed at this motel several times. Reception and kitchen personnel are always nice, no problem checking in/out. The room is always spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. They are serving breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, waffles, cereals, the usual fare.

Not as many snack or drink options on site or in vending machines. Bathroom seat was crooked/offline. Carpets felt strange to walk on. For the price I paid, room was worth it. The building was a little dated and it appears that they’ve attempted work/remodeling but only to certain parts of the room/building.
