Location was perfect. Everything was very clean. Friendlt staff.

We went down for breakfast about 30 minutes before closing time. Out of alot. I think you should restock until the closing time. I also didnt like arriving back to my room after midnight to discover that mr room Had not been cleaned nor fresh towels put out. Was told I had to come get clean towels from front desk because of being understaffed and not enough houskeepers to clean daily. I can understand being understagged in today's time, but should have either stocked my bathroom for the entire stay or warned me upon check in. Very frustrating when you are tired and wanting a shower and to go to bed.

Ms. LaTonda was very professional and nice. She assisted me the day before to make changes to my reservations. Also, Ms. Dasia was very professional too and assisted me in extending my reservations during call and upon arrival. Both ladies were consistent with providing exceptional customer service to all customers. Ms. LaTonda has a pleasant personality and willing to help everyone.

The friendliness of the Staff made it a most pleasurable experience for Us. Latanda (?spelling) was most gracious and very accommodating whenever we had a question or a need. Everything was really clean and our room was very spacious. The hotel decor is nice, modern and sleek.

The pool area is very OPEN -- it's gated but not covered. The view of Dairy Queen isn't the best view from a pool but I guess it's understandable considering the location. Maybe consider a higher fence?

The location was good and the facility was new. Easy access from freeway.

I moved the bed a little to get it closer to wall since we have a 3 month old and noticed all kinds of stuff that had just been swept under the bed. Pretty bad for a hotel that just opened and new facility. decided to leave bed where it was. I may be picky but for $150+ for the night, I would expect much better attention to detail by staff/cleaning crew. would give it 3.5 out of 5 for those details.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my special requests. The free breakfast was outstanding with many options and hot food. The room was spacious, quiet, well appointed and comfortable.

The could have been more options available on the TV other than the basic cable lineup like streaming services such as Netflix or HBO Max. The remote control was limited and not very user friendly. All channels had to be directly tuned using the number pad instead of the channel guide.

Employees were very friendly especially upon check-in which was very nice to see. The room was very spacious which was nice. Breakfast was great too. They had a lot to choose from. Would stay here again!

The only thing I can think of is they were doing construction so one of the exits was blocked off. That was a minor inconvenience.

I loved the check in/check out friendliness of your staff! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The noise level from other rooms and doors closing. Also the fruit at breakfast could have been a lot better (perhaps some bananas?) i'm a GF vegan and there weren't a whole lot of options (even the oatmeal you had out wasn't GF).

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are nicely decorated with a car racing theme because of the nearby Road Atlanta race track. The hotel has ample parking and the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. Rooms was clean. Staff was very friendly. Location very convenient next to I-85, a bit more than half an hour from the Atlanta ring road. We were on the way from Birmingham to Charlotte and wanted to stay overnight somewhere beyond Atlanta. Really happy with our choice.

Breakfast was very plentiful and tasted very good and the area was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we asked for and were given a room away from the highway noise. Would stay there again when I am in the area.

Did not have any complaints, hotel is under renovation so the pool and hot tub were closed but that was not a major inconvenience.

The facilities were brand new and in pristine condition. The room was very comfortable, the staff was top notch and very friendly. This was a very pleasant experience in every way.

We would have preferred to be closer to Athens for our son's graduation, but the facilities were some of the best we've stayed in recently.
