Location is awesome! Rooms are spacious and bed is comfy

There were issues with the shower not draining. Additionally, we requested glass cups for our room to allow us to have a drink. Denied by the staff. Also, we were not happy the hotel now charges $100 per night depost. Ridiculous!

We absolutely loved the hotel! We are from Atlanta but wanted a nice place to stay to celebrate a birthday! And thats exactly what we got with our spacious room with beautiful views! We had a bad experience with the parking deck because so many visitors (not staying at hotel) tried to park in the deck, so we went in circles around the deck for way too long. But fortunately the staff was so kind which made our experience great the second we walked in!

The property was clean and had many amenities.

The Parking fee was around $45 dollars per night. The longer you stay in the hotel the more parking will be, so it’s better that you get out during the day to save money from parking in the hotel. Also we experienced problems with the elevator.

Location of hotel, courteous staff and entertainment in the lounge (DJ). Alternative dining options next door and some shopping.

I dislike the charge for parking ($62/day). We’re already paying to stay at the hotel, so why charge for us to park? If you charge to park, make it reasonable and affordable to your customers. The fee is too high and is in my opinion, price gouging and greedy. I also did not like that the room had a smell or stinch in it from the time we opened the door. I think it may hv been from the carpet or coming through the air vent. The shower handle bar was also broken and there was no working vent in the bathroom.

Stayed for 6 nights -Great location to travel to many different sites using public transportation or just walking -Felt the neighborhood was really safe and quiet -right next to an entertainment area filled with many different reasonably priced restaurants and fast food -Gorgeous hotel and loved the style -Most staff were really friendly…”most” -Comfy beds and spacious room

The hotel played loud clubbing music all day everyday in the lobby/bar area. Would have loved it to be more chill during the day On weekends the bar/lounge area gets quite packed. It’s great if you’re into that, but wasn’t for me. There’s no security to stop people from walking in off the street and going to the rooms Felt closer to a 3 star so a bit over priced Bathroom was dirty upon check in and when I requested another clean I still found hair from the previous guest in the shower and bathroom The shower leaks water into the hallway due to the odd construction. You have to keep an rolled up towel in the doorway to stop this. The housekeeping came at 8 am every morning! If we requested them to come later they sometimes just wouldn’t come.

It was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful.

I parked in the parking garage 400 and came through that area that connected to the “square” market on the second floor and before 11am I couldn’t exit through the door I came in. Luckily I was shown an unmarked door to the garage beside the stairs up to the second floor. Was kinda confusing is all. Same when I arrived off the elevator. I wasn’t aware I’d be walking into essentially a shopping mall so it was a bit of an excursion trying to find the way into the hotel. On the bright side it’s cool that the hotel ended up having that shopping mall attached. 😆

Beautiful space, trendy location, staff were accommodating and welcoming. Hollie (sp?) at the pool bar was on point!! Live music at the bar was amazing. This is my second stay at the Starling and I’ll be back.

The gym was run down and could use a refresh, at one point in my workout a literal giant spider dropped from the ceiling and scurried under the workout mats, I kid you not lol. The pool area (not the bar but the rest of it) was also kind of sad. Gave flyover state Holiday Inn instead of swanky hotel rooftop bar. No towels for over an hour and far fewer lounge chairs than people even tho plenty of room for more??

McKenzie or Michaela I believe that was her name she was a young lady pony tail I’m her head she made sure I had the best stay ever her service was amazing the whole stafff did a fantastic job! The dj played some really great music! & the aesthetic was very nice. This was my first time in ATL & this experience made me want to come back !

The prices of the shots versus the drinks should never be the same price no matter how much money is coming in & out of that hotel. It wasn’t no microwave in our room plus on our last day the elevator broke & we had to walk from the 25th floor to the lobby I really wasn’t happy about that.

The lobby and bar/restaurant area are the heart of the hotel. That and the location are the reasons we stayed there, and these things make the whole stay worth it. The staff are wonderful, really just so great. We enjoyed the room service breakfast. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. Elevator service was incredibly fast and efficient (Why is this guy commenting on the elevators? Go there and you'll see).

The room was nice, not complaining...but I do suppose we expected it to be nicer, a little sharper around the edges. The bathroom wasn't great--sliding door that didn't close all the way, strange shower design with no door, industrial looking toilet, no vent fan. We also got room service, and the food was quite good, but the presentation was like getting cheap takeout--in a paper bag, plastic containers and utensils. The outside look of the hotel appears to still be in transition and needs a good deal of upgrades. Finally, the parking cost is a tragedy--$60 to self park from 3:30pm to 11:30am the next day.

Location was awesome. Everything needed was in walking distance and so much is connected to the hotel ( restaurants, dine in theater, yoga, nail salon etc.) The food was good. Love the room view.

This hotel was fantastic so these are little nitpicks. The room was smaller than the images but still very nice and clean. I was not a fan of the pillows ( I think they are the kind that hold your body shape) I kept sinking further down. No tube like online just the shower that does not close. It's weird can't decide if I love or hate it.
