Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown, an IHG Hotel

I loved the theming of the room. The decor was very unique and fun. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of spacious storage. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The bathrooms were extremely small and hard to move around in. The lid on the ice bucket and lids on the coffee cups were dirty and/or dusty.

Great location, stylish room, parking close. Shower was nice. Front desk service was good. Overall a good experience.

1. Upon arrival we went to the back door where our car was, and couldn't figure out how to get in the door, it was cold, and finally hammered on the door until someone came and point out a button that wasn't clearly marked. I saw other people having this same issue. Not noted on booking.com site how to check in. 2. Parking lot that was shared, was dark and felt a little sketchy. No masks or social distancing in their elevator. 3. Our room smelled a little musty. 4. We didn't realize how small our bathroom was going to be, basically if i leaned to far forward I could hit my head on the sink. Kinda the size of a walk in closet. 5. We had a room with breakfast, no breakfast was being served due to COVID, no advanced notice of this. No bar either on Valentines day.

Breakfast was delicious. Wish there were more vegan options. Service was outstanding from the front desk to the bar! The location was directly across from the famous Fox Theater and an easy to walk to the many restaurants and shops on the awesome Peachtree St.

The only suggestion is to put a book of amenities in the room, breakfast times or menu, places to eat, events close by… also the bathroom was beautiful but extremely small.

Overall it is a wonderful boutique hotel. While my bathroom was extremely small. the quality of the reno job made it functional and fine for a 1-3 night stay traveling alone for business. I must add that the front desk staff as well as bar/ restaurant staff were all extremely polite, courteous and always earner to help!. Great job to them all!

Again if there was a negative it would be the size of the bathroom could become inconvenient for an extended stay.

Location was convenient Price was fair

The American breakfast was not good, arrived to the table cold and service was slow. Ordered tea with my breakfast 1st cup was good but second cup the water had a weird taste and looked a little cloudy. Recommend, serve hot water for tea in a small tea pot with enough water for two cups of tea. Saw a piece of lettuce on the floor near my table. Overall,Room needed just a bit more cleaning and the area rug needed better vacuuming could see stray hairs and a few crumbs from previous guest. More care should be taken to clean surfaces and handles to drawers/cabinets with antibacterial cleaners the guests touch with hands. The Staff are kind/friendly but, more attentive cleaning could really make a hughe difference for this hotel!

nice boutique hotel in great location (for us) near Georgia Tech and midtown. walking distance to downtown. good restaurants nearby. breakfast was included. nice staff. clean.

bathroom was tiny. you could almost sit on the toilet and brush your teeth over the sink at the same time. really. but we could make it work anyway. just more counter space would have been helpful for 2 persons. if you choose 2 queen beds, the room is a little tight. a real lobby store would have been helpful.

Convenience of location, being across the street from The Fox Theater, as we were there for a concert. We liked the staff, who were very nice & accommodating. We needed a bottle of wine opened, which they obliged, despite the bar being closed at the time. Assisted us with an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated after a long drive up from Orlando. We felt welcomed & were always greeted warmly. Never made to feel out of place.

There were a few housekeeping items that didn't meet my expectations. At least one pillowcase had stains on it, and the floor had not been swept underneath a table. Sometimes you can hear guests in surrounding rooms & hallway. Bathroom is quite small, even for an average sized person. The price point for the exact same sized room we stayed in 2 years prior, was twice as expensive as the last time, and I'm not sure why. We justified staying here again, instead of somewhere else, because it was already familiar & it's convenient for what we need. Gabriele, Damon & Cris, are all great, as the faces of the hotel.

The staff make this hotel a 10+! Cheerful and upbeat folks, ready to help. We especially appreciated Devana, the young woman who served us at breakfast (I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly) every morning. We also enjoyed the modern design with the touches of whimsy.

I strongly recommend you add light-blocking roller blinds in the windows, or light-blocking curtains. Because the hotel is located near downtown, light and noise pollution continue through nighttime hours, a bit of a bother for us.

very cute decorations and the room was adorable even though the bathroom was small it was still power packed with everything that you might need.

the air conditioner didn’t work correctly. it would cool briefly and then stop and blow heat. I informed the front office and they said they would send someone up. I do think it was too expensive for what we paid.

Service was quick and courteous. Rooms were unique. Bed was comfortable. Location was great!

The bathroom was extremely small. It was functional except that the faucet in the sink appeared to be misaligned, which caused the water to squirt out of the sink if the water pressure was turned up, even a bit.
