Very clean, big rooms in a great location. Great hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal/grits with toppings, bagels, muffins, yogurt and drinks. Hot tasty coffee. Small gym and pool. Best of all: Friendly & helpful staff!

Parking may be an issue when coming in late at night. May get crowded at times.

Very nice room - comfortable furniture. Nice that it had both a microwave and a refrigerator. Lots of plugs - VERY nice!!

Breakfast was nice IF you got there during the first hour. After that - many items were gone and NOT replaced! Quite disappointed in that aspect. The hotel could surely manage to keep all items in stock. Cereals/hot chocolate/strawberries/sweet rolls - all ran out by 8:30. Also - the residual "cleaning - freshening" smell in the room when we arrived was VERY strong. My wife almost had an asthma attack! I would have complained but we knew all the rooms would have been that way. Had to open windows; run a fan I brought and turn up the AC past comfortable settings to try to dissipate it.

The location was great. The property was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly

The only thing is there was an terrible smell on my floor which was the 3rd floor. It smelled like water had leaked and the carpet got wet and was in the process of drying but once I got closer to my room and inside the room it didn’t smell.

I loved the friendly staff, they accommodate all of our needs and how clean it was. The room smelled so fresh when we first walked in.

The only thing I didn’t like was our room begun the second night to smell like a sewer. I personally think that had nothing to do with the lack of care of the facility.

Pool and breakfast great. It was great except I had a bad experience with a rude employee named Marlene. Tara, on the other hand, was excellent!!! So were the breakfast ladies. They were so sweet. Towels were non existent for the pool and took hours to arrive to our room as well.

Nothing.

As always the staff is very friendly the facilities are always well maintained and clean. The bed is comfortable though i'm not a fan of the pillows but it still provides a decent night's sleep for me but I do have back issues so keep that in mind. Even with the covid restrictions the breakfast they offer is quite good consisting of a Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage sandwich choice of fruit, granola bar, Danish and juice or milk.

I have stayed at this location before and this time around the cleaning personnel missed the refrigerator and there was a take out Box of food in there which had spoiled and was stinking up the refrigerator. And then through no fault of theirs they had an issue with me hot water. They fixed that as quickly as possible and it was not a major inconvenience.

Location was great. Easy to get to various areas around town. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit on side of lacking. Was expecting a little more (not premade breakfast burritos), but sometimes weekdays are a little less "fancy" at most hotels.

Food slightly above average. Waitress was so cheerful that I made change at front desk tipped. her personally. BTW if I am in the hotel for only one night and have no contact with room staff I don't always leave a gratuity. However, if they greet me in the hall cheerfully I always leave a gratuity. TELL THEM THAT.

No complaints.

The hotel is in a very convenient location near the doctors offices we were visiting as well as near shopping and restaurants. We were given options for where we wanted the room within the hotel. Hotel staff was nice and friendly and were readily available to answer questions and come up with solutions.

There were stains on the carpet in the room and the floor felt like it needed a good carpet cleaning. Otherwise the room was clean and maintained properly.

Location to UF Health facilities(the reason for my visit). Many shops and restaurants nearby. Partition separating bed from the rest of the room allowed me to work at the desk without disturbing my wife while she slept. Staff was very responsive and friendly.

TV set up across from partition is meant to serve both bed and seating/work area. Can swivel, but viewing is at an awkward angle and can’t be easily viewed in both areas at the same time.
