It's nice, new and clean, has a little bar area that spreads outside.

Mini pool in parking lot outside next to office building. Wood floors are probably good to keep things clean but in the room you lose comfort. Shady business practice, paid extra to have breakfast included for all members of family, but when we sat down to eat, it was only $15/person for 2 people, and there was 4 of us and an omelet cost $19, and nothing less than $15, heck small oj was $4, no way you could eat breakfast for less than the $15 they were giving. Save the extra money there are plenty of places to eat nearby without breaking the bank

We have stayed here several times and it is always a good experience. We found the staff very friendly and the room was great. Our housekeeping services was outstanding.

We had a big issue with the hot water both days. It took up to 15 minutes to get the shower warm enough to get in. It truly never got hot during the whole shower. Very frustrating and on the first day we had somewhere we had to be on time, and it was first thing in the morning. You expect to be able to jump in and take quick shower. This was an issue running water in the sink as well when my husband was trying to shave. This is the only issue we had during our stay, but it was a big one.

The location was great. Located near UF and surrounded by Regal Cinemas and a variety of shops and dining locations. It's a wonderful location to walk around. There was free parking in the garage across the street and the hotel included a stocked bar and restaurant. Compared to the other hotels in the surrounding area this newly built hotel is worth the premium.

The temperature in the bedroom was very muggy. It's been extremely humid and hot in FL, so I'm sure it was a no-fault of the hotel. I would decrease the temperature in the future to have a more restful sleep.

My husband and I stayed here while traveling to south Florida. It wasn't a planned stay; we decided to rest for the night. Looked up while driving, and Booking gave us a great price. This hotel turned out to be one of the most fun parts of our journey! The staff was great - from the lovely receptionists to the engaging bartender and the cute breakfast personnel, everybody was very friendly and accommodating. To me, this is hotel is a must-see for also its delightful interior design! I applaud the design team for paying attention to many details that make the hotel welcoming, comfortable, and attractive. Hotels today got pretty much boring with similar decor, but this hotel's design team made the rooms and main areas interesting. Our room was comfortable; the bed was soft and provided a good rest, the room was spacious with entertaining decor, bathroom was clean and satisfying. Of course, we stayed for one night, but we had great fun and a delicious breakfast in the morning. A side note, breakfast portions are very big; two people can share a dish and be full without wasting food. The hotel looked like it may be lacking enough staff, but the existing staff tried their best to make up for this upper management issue. I would recommend putting this place on your list to stay; make time to chit-chat with the friendly staff and have a drink at the bar!

Food was incredible! Nice, spacious bedroom and a bathroom with an outstanding shower. It was our first trip travelling with our dog. We could not have asked for a more friendly hotel experience with our little guy. Everyone made us feel especially welcome, our dog included! It is a great property for walking our dog!

From the hostess at the front desk to the the service they have provided, my stay has been just perfect. The rooms were clean, good smelling, pleasant and comfortable. just overall amazing.

I would add in that the towels were a little rough but not really anything else!

I liked the location, it was close to everything we needed to be near.

We paid quite a bit to stay here and the pool was closed so we couldn't use that. Their kitchen was down for a couple days so couldn't use that. Then they charged for their generic breakfast $15 and all I could eat (due to allergies) was fruit so we didn't eat any if that. The night lady wasn't super friendly either. They don't come to clean your room. Only every 5 days. If you need something you have to go to the front desk and ask for it. The room wasn't the cleanest either. I don't think the cleaners close the bathroom door as when we did tit was filthy. Also the shower had soap scum still on the glass. We did our own cleaning prior to unpacking.

I love this hotel normally. It is usually clean and the grounds are beautifully maintained. It was easy to check in and out. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean.

The no Maid service for 5 days is a little lacking. We called and asked for clean towels our 2nd day and were told they did not have any. There is nowhere to get rid of the trash. I had to go out to buy trash bags so we just bagged it up ourselves. I feel, for the fee for the room, these services should be done. When we got to our room there was a sticky, wet mess on the night table between the 2 beds. The shower only worked once the way it should. It would be ice cold then warm up and then get very hot then back to cold, all without touching the shower faucet.

Front desk staff not very friendly and did not have knowledge about basic information such as proximity to airport. Room layout was not well thought out for two guests, no outlet near the wall mirror for hairstyling and lighting was very dim.

This was our second year to stay with Hotel Indigo and my husband and I traveled with our two boys ages 3 and 5. We stayed in the Suite where they had their own bed. We love the pool, surrounding restaurants, the beds are so comfortable, and the breakfast is top notch. This will be our first choice any time we travel through Gainesville!
