The hotel always have a great and polite staff the welcoming is awesome been here for a couple time I'm every trip to Fresno... The rooms are perfect they have you own micro and fridge for kids like me I for sure need those things in my room! Thank you for the excellent service like always 😃

The only thing I get concerned about is the bath tub they are so slippery i almost fall i would recommend the hotel to use a mat or something to better protect the guests

The hotel was very clean smell good stack with exceptionally accommodating are friendly and the food was good okay

The breakfast the Bacon needs to be cooked done SP I saw roaches in the lobby but they said that they were water roaches. Are not the kind that are nasty was they usually don't come in they usually stay outside but in any event an exterminator for your taxes around 5 should be done more frequently and also there was quite a disturbance on Saturday or Friday early Saturday morning that a man had a hit-and-run Garden I love you and put up into the parking lot at the hotel truck got back in his vehicle took off the body fell out in the parking lot that was very traumatic

Everything was perfect about the hotel, very comfy rooms and spaces. We didn't use the swimming pool so I can't say nothing about it.

The only drawback was the girl at the reception that was really rude without an apparent reason. She was checking her PC and when I started talking she rudely answer me that we had to wait. We waited something like 15min before she started to speak with us again. It's fine if you have something else to handle but if you quickly and gently explain what is going on it's better.

We liked the floor the room was on and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

We did not like the fact that our refrigerator did not work the night we arrived or the fact that it wasn't fixed promptly the next morning. But when it finally was changed out we noticed a box of hamber helper left behind the appliance. We also noticed the location of this facility receives a high level of police activity. Just from the two nights we stayed there were 4 cop vehicles of the premises along with one ambulance vehicle.

What I didn't like was there were explained to me that they are outside water bugs that look like roaches they say they have a problem with them and there was a bizarre Canyon Run with a body that was underneath your truck that he pulled into the hotel parking lot early in the morning and came into the lobby drunk and when he left and backed up the body fell from under the vehicle that was traumatic

we loved our room and the breakfast the guy we had met up front the first night was very kind and it is a great location

front desk lady went outside to smoke and there were multiple workers trying to find her while there were people in the lobby waiting , also while making sure i had all my belongings i checked by the bed and all under the bed was big balls of dust which was not a pleasant thing to see.

Nice clean hotel. Stayed in a deluxe suite with a king bed and it was so nice to have the extra space and couch. The king size bed was sooooooo comfortable and so were the pillows. Nice sized bathroom that was very clean and well stocked. Have stayed here before and will stay here many more times in the future when needed.

Not much to say about any dislikes. Overall I think this hotel is great.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, even after we checked out, drove 5 hours away on our route, and discovered we’d left some clothing behind. After a hot, frustrating day on the road, that friendly voice on the phone really made our day!

Although very clean, hotel is a bit dated and furniture in the rooms are showing some wear.

quiet area away from the main town but close enough to enjoy and have access to restaurants and stores. like the accessories in the room. bed was comfortable

building needs some painting. back side of building has burnt out area. some door jams look like they are torn off partial. lights in room didn’t work. Pool gates need repair. no signage on how to get in when main entrance was inaccessible.

The lady at check-in was super kind, and encouraged us to go use the pool and jacuzzi after hours. We couldn't wish for a better, more relaxing evening after a long day! Breakfast was good, very diverse and there was no rush to collect the food and close the restaurant even after the scheduled breakfast time. We really enjoyed our short stay in Fresno.
