Front desk was very cooperative, say, when I forgot my keys. There is a complimentary sack-breakfast daily. AND, they showed me how booking.com works... YAY! Front desk is more than happy to help, as well.

Only potential problems: there are no drug-stores or pharmacy places nearby. Though bear in mind, I DON'T DRIVE. Also, I'm used to heated indoor pools (as prevalent back in San Francisco). But then again, lots of finding those here in Arizona anyway, as it turns out. DARN!

Staff was easy and made the stay welcoming. No one bothered me. Peaceful location! Close to CircleK we like walking so it’s literally right there. Never seen one BUG NOT ONE!

It’s just outdated, needs a new makeover and it will be fine. Most people’s houses are older than this hotel so they shouldn’t be complaining lol

Convient to my needs, check out worker was very kind and made it easy.

Flooring was coming up all throughout the building, it does look like they're working on fixing the problem. A small issue of them not having a first aid may become a big issue in the future though. I do highly recommend the property purchasing one.

Bed was super comfortable, they were able to accommodate me needing a downstairs room, room was COLD like I like it, pool was clean and relaxing and the staff was amazing

Cleaning staff needs to clean the floors better. Trash and food was around the edges of nightstands, fridge, bed. The hallway floors needs a good scrubbing as well as the pool patio furniture.

The lobby was very clean and smelled great. Staff made me smile even though I was exhausted from driving 600 miles. The room was very clean.

We didn’t have blankets anywhere in the room. Both beds had a coverlet on them. It looked nice but was thin. It’s Az so I get it, but my daughter and I were chilly. The heater worked great and we made due, but it would be nicer if guests could grab a blanket out of the closet if needed. Other then that everything was wonderful, and that’s just a personal preference.

I liked that it had a back sliding door near the parking lot so we were able to go to the car and back faster. everything was clean.

the wifi did not work and when we went to front desk to ask about it the employee who checked us in was a bit rude and sarcastic about it, but the women who checked us out was very polite and generous. other than that everything was fine.

Didn't have breakfast I slept in so have no comment about that.the bed was great no complaints it was quite no loud noises it's was a great place for the price and places I went to were near by great location see you soon

It was nice and cozy no drama and right next to some good attractions.

Only thing I didn't like was my room didn't get cleaned with new towels on my second night

I had to leave early so I never got to experience the breakfast. However, the room was clean and the bed was good.

That the breakfast was served after I would have to leave.

Breakfast was ok for "grab abd go". You need to get regular breakfast back like other hotels are. Might have stayed elsewhere if I had know in advance that it was a bag breakfast.
